【摘要】：正"德"指内心的仁善修养和外在的惠爱行为。我国封建社会是高度集权的专制体制,人们的法制观念及法律体系很不健全,在这样的环境下,各级管理者特别是最高管理者——皇帝的"德"就成为确保国家健康运行的重要因素。唐太宗之所以能在其统治时期实现政治清明、经济繁荣、人民安居乐业、四海升平、万邦来朝的局面,与他的"德"有密切的关系。一、敬畏使唐太宗能尊重规律历代封建帝王都自命为天子,也就是上天的儿子,把自己看成是
[Abstract]:"Virtue" refers to the inner benevolence and good self-cultivation and external love behavior. China's feudal society is a highly centralized autocratic system, people's legal concepts and legal system is not perfect, in such an environment. The "virtue" of all levels of managers, especially the top manager, became an important factor to ensure the healthy operation of the country. Tang Taizong was able to achieve political Pure Brightness, economic prosperity, and people living and working in peace and contentment during his reign. The rising of the sea and the coming of the world have close relations with his "virtue". First, the reverence enabled the emperor of the Tang Dynasty to respect the law. The feudal emperors of all dynasties assumed themselves as the son of heaven and regarded themselves as the son of heaven.
