【摘要】：八旗制度是清朝的基本制度。它诞生于明朝与后金政权的战争中,上承金元军制的余绪,中采女真射猎习俗之精髓,下启有清一代军制之先河,是我国古代军事史上一项十分重要的内容。八旗作战指挥同样在继承女真射猎传统的基础上,体现出了冷兵器向火器过渡的时代特点,集中地反映出我国古代作战指挥的发展历程。本文尝试从三个角度探讨皇太极时期八旗作战指挥的发展历程。第一部分从八旗军制入手,探讨这一时期八旗作战指挥形成的渊源及背景,以期为下文的论述提供适当的史实基础。第二部分从皇太极统治时期的若干战例入手,运用多种手段,详细分析八旗军在军事斗争实践中的作战指挥活动,梳理其作战指挥体系的发展历程,并总结其作战指挥经验。这一部分集中对八旗军的作战指挥方式、作战指挥机构设置及发展、火器部队的作战指挥实践、各部队间指挥层级及其指挥关系等问题进行分析和探讨,多角度地审视皇太极统治时期八旗作战指挥的发展。第三部分立足史实,分析讨论这一时期八旗作战指挥发展的特点及其历史作用。
[Abstract]:The eight banners system was the basic system of the Qing Dynasty. It was born in the war between the Ming Dynasty and the later Jin Dynasty. It was a very important content in the ancient military history of our country to adopt the quintessence of the Nuzhen shooting and hunting custom in the upper part of the military system of the Jin and Yuan dynasties, and to begin with the military system of the Qing Dynasty. On the basis of inheriting the tradition of Nuzhen shooting and hunting, the operational command of the eight banners embodies the characteristics of the transition from cold weapon to firearm, and reflects the development course of the ancient combat command in China. This paper tries to discuss the development of the eight banners in Huangtai period from three angles. The first part discusses the origin and background of the operational command of the eight banners in this period, in order to provide an appropriate historical basis for the following discussion. The second part starts with several cases during the reign of Huangtai Chi, analyzes in detail the operational command activities of the eight Banner Army in the practice of military struggle, combs the development course of its operational command system, and sums up its operational command experience by using various means. This part focuses on the analysis and discussion of the operational command mode of the eight Flag Army, the establishment and development of the operational command organization, the operational command practice of the firearm forces, the command levels and their command relations among the various units. To examine the development of the operational command of the eight banners during the reign of Huangtai Chi. The third part, based on the historical facts, analyzes and discusses the characteristics and historical functions of the development of the eight banners in this period.
