民生与家计：战国秦汉时期水利与社会

【摘要】：本文力图从经济史的视角出发，结合考古学、水利社会史等相关学科及视角的方法，采用实证分析法、比较研究法、图表法、计量法等研究方法从不同角度对战国秦汉时期的水利与社会进行系统的分析和客观的考察。本文主要讨论的内容包括：第一部分讨论战国秦汉时期水利职官建置、水利法律以及水利政策等问题；第二部分从农田水利对农业的影响入手，考察战国秦汉时期兴修的水利工程与耕地面积、农业结构、农作物产量的相互关系；第三部分探讨城市给排水设施与城市居民生活的关系，湖泊水景与人们精神生活的关系，城市水利管理的措施以及城市水利发展的特点等等。综观全文，所有的水利问题都将放置于战国秦汉时期的社会背景中加以考察，以力图展现当时的社会发展水平与民生状况。
[Abstract]:This paper tries to analyze and investigate the water conservancy and society of the Warring States and the Han Dynasties from different angles, combining the methods of archaeology, water conservancy social history and other related disciplines and perspectives, using empirical analysis method, comparative research method, chart method, measurement method and other research methods from different angles. The first part discusses the construction of water conservancy officers in the Warring States and the Qin and Han Dynasties, water conservancy law and water conservancy policy. The second part, starting with the influence of farmland water conservancy on agriculture, inspects the relationship between water conservancy projects and cultivated land area, agricultural structure and crop yield in the Warring States and the Han Dynasties, and the third part discusses the urban water supply and drainage. The relationship between facilities and urban residents' life, the relationship between lake water scenery and people's spiritual life, the measures of urban water conservancy management and the characteristics of urban water conservancy development, and so on. All of the water conservancy problems will be placed in the social background of the Warring States period, Qin and Han dynasties, in an attempt to show the level of social development and the livelihood of the people at that time.
