君父与子民:君民关系所见汉晋皇权之经济基础

【摘要】：在以家国同构为重要特征的汉晋社会,形成了父慈子孝式的政治模式和君民关系,这深刻影响并构筑了具有浓郁伦理色彩的汉晋皇权之经济基础。在汉晋皇帝的诏书中,充斥着以慈父为化身的皇帝,通过减免租赋、赐爵赐物、赈济借贷等保民、惠民方式扶持、维系小农经济的话语。这体现了"君者,民之心也,民者,君之体也"的君民间血肉相连的共生互动关系。然而,这种犹如父子的君民关系在有力地维系小农经济的背后,实际具有极强的蒙蔽性。
[Abstract]:In the Han and Jin dynasties, which is characterized by the isomorphism of the family and the country, the political model of "father's kindness and filial piety" and the relationship between the emperor and the people were formed, which profoundly influenced and constructed the economic foundation of the imperial power of the Han and Jin dynasties with strong ethical color. In the imperial edict of Han and Jin emperors, emperors with fatherhood were filled with the words of supporting the small-scale peasant economy by the way of protecting the people and benefiting the people through the relief of rent, the giving of the viscount, the relief of the money, and the ways of benefiting the people. This embodies the symbiotic interaction between the monarch, the people and the people. However, the relationship between the father and the people has a strong deceptive nature behind the efforts to maintain the small-scale peasant economy.
