中国古代“平均赋役”的文化考察

【摘要】：平均赋役是中国古代赋役制度和赋役政策的指导思想 ,以往研究古代赋役、赋税制度或思想的大量论著 ,对这一指导思想都缺乏研究 ,有所忽略 ,更没有从文化的角度考察这一制度、政策和思想的基本特征。从政治文化、思想文化和社会心理的角度 ,考察“平均赋役”的文化内涵 ,不论对于认识古代赋役制度、赋役政策和赋役思想的基本特点 ,还是对于理解中国古代的均平文化 ,都是必须要做的基础性工作。
[Abstract]:Average servitude is the guiding ideology of the ancient Chinese servitude system and policy. In the past, a large number of works on ancient taxing, tax system or thought have been studied, but this guiding ideology has not been studied and neglected. Nor does it examine the basic characteristics of the system, policies and ideas from a cultural point of view. From the angle of political culture, ideological culture and social psychology, this paper examines the cultural connotations of "average duty", regardless of the basic characteristics of the ancient system, policy and ideology of servitude. Or to understand the ancient Chinese culture of equality, are must do the basic work.
