【摘要】：正地籍,是记载土地的位置、界址、数量、质量、权属和用途等土地状况的簿册。最初的地籍是为征税而建立的一种田赋清册。因此,1979年版的《辞海》将地籍解释为"中国历代政府登记土地作为征收田赋根据的册簿"。
[Abstract]:Cadastre is a book that records the location, quantity, quality, title, and use of land. The original cadastre was an inventory of land taxes. Therefore, the 1979 edition of Cihai interprets cadastre as "the register of land registered by Chinese governments as the basis for expropriation of land."
