人民币钞票上为何有“圆点”

【摘要】：正人民币钞票右下角(有的在左下角)有带圆点的标志。圆点设计者叫李小川。李小川1979年从部队复员到工厂从事钱币设计工作,他家门口时常有个盲人在卖报,旁边有个小女孩在替盲人数钱,一张又一张的白纸条从盲人口袋里扔出来,李小川上去问是怎么回事?小女孩哭着说:"不知是谁缺德,把白纸条当钱币给了他。"
[Abstract]:The lower right corner of the RMB note (some in the lower left corner) has a dot sign. The dot designer is called Li Xiaochuan. Li Xiaochuan was demobilized from the army to a factory in 1979 to work in the design of coins. There was often a blind man selling newspapers in front of his family. Next to him, a little girl was counting the money for the blind. One after another white slips of paper were thrown out of the blind man's pocket. Li Xiaochuan went up to ask what was going on?
