【摘要】：诏书创始于秦代 ,以后历代政权相沿使用。由于诏书的内容多反映国家的行政大事 ,显示皇权至上。同时 ,由于各朝诏书的书写材料发生变化 ,历代诏书的书写各具时代特点 ,特别是清代十分重视诏书的颁布 ,对诏书用纸、用语、用印、用图等都做了具体的规定 ,其颁发仪式也极其隆重。
[Abstract]:The imperial edict was founded in the Qin Dynasty, and was used by successive dynasties. Because the content of the imperial edict reflects the administrative affairs of the country, it shows the supremacy of imperial power. At the same time, due to the changes in the writing materials of the imperial edict of each dynasty, the writing of the imperial edict in the past dynasties has its own characteristics of the times. In particular, the Qing Dynasty attached great importance to the promulgation of the imperial edict, and made specific provisions on the use of paper, language, printing and drawing for the imperial edict. Its presentation ceremony is also extremely ceremonious.
