论金代宣徽使

【摘要】：金代宣徽使的官名出现于太宗时期,宣徽院设立于熙宗天眷元年。宣徽使作为宣徽院最高长官,职权在不同时期逐渐扩展,相继辖属26个司局,职掌国家诸礼仪,总领内廷诸事务,并具有参议朝政,出使邻国等职能。已搜检出的41位金代宣徽使中,汉人、契丹、渤海外族人达22位,占居多数;宣徽使以荫补入仕为主,其次为归降与出职,亦有以科举或世袭入仕者;宣徽使出任前多曾在宣徽院或宣徽院辖属机构任职,离职后大多继续留任中央,有的甚至升任执政官,少数则转任地方官。
[Abstract]:The official name of Xuanhui in Jin Dynasty appeared in Taizong period, and Xuanhuiyuan was established in the first year of Xi Zong. Xuanhui as the supreme officer of Xuanhuiyuan, the authority gradually expanded in different periods, successively under the jurisdiction of 26 directorates, in charge of state etiquette, general territorial affairs, and has the functions of taking part in the government, sending to neighboring countries and so on. Of the 41 Xuanhui missions in the Jin Dynasty, 22 were Han, Qidan and Bohai foreigners, accounting for the majority. Before taking up the post, Xuanhui often held office in Xuanhui Institute or Xuanhui Institute. Most of them remained in the central government after leaving, some even became consul, and a few were transferred to local officials.
