明代黎人“叛乱”原因的历史考察

【摘要】：明代琼州府官员的所作所为是引发黎人"叛乱"的重要原因。据文献记载,黎人"叛乱"主要是由于官员剥削黎人、官员加征赋役、抚黎流官谋分府权以及官员抚黎策略不当等因素导致。多数官员不愿意直接管理黎人,多借助黎人土官土舍以及里长、胥吏管理剥削黎人。
[Abstract]:The behavior of Qiongzhou officials in Ming Dynasty was an important reason for the rebellion. According to the literature, the "rebellion" of the Lebanese is mainly caused by the exploitation of the Lebanese by officials, the imposition of taxes and servitude by the officials, the seeking of the power of the officials to divide the government and the improper tactics of the officials. Most officials do not want to directly manage the people, mostly with the help of the land and the chief, petty officials to exploit the Lebanese.
