墓祭“非礼”与“成俗”研究

【摘要】："墓祭"是儒家文化中一项重要的礼仪,但"古"代是否有"墓祭"一直存在争议,需要进一步厘清。究其缘由,主要有三:一是"墓祭"概念界定不清,二是"古无墓祭"之"古"的时间节点不清,三是墓祭"非礼"与"有无"因不属于同一层次的话题而纠缠不清。"非礼"属于价值层面的话题,而"有无"属于事实层面的问题。从价值上看,狭义墓祭乃"非礼"勿容置疑;从事实层面看,广义墓祭在秦汉之后已经"成俗"。
[Abstract]:"Tomb sacrifice" is an important etiquette in Confucian culture, but whether there is a "tomb sacrifice" in the "ancient" era has always been controversial, which needs further clarification. There are three main reasons: first, the definition of "tomb sacrifice" is unclear; second, the time node of "ancient no tomb sacrifice" is unclear; and the third is that the "indecent assault" and "existence" of tomb sacrifice are entangled by a topic that does not belong to the same level. " Indecent assault "belongs to the topic of value level, and whether" has "belongs to the question of fact level." From the value point of view, the narrow-sense tomb sacrifice is "indecent assault" without doubt; from the fact level, the broad-sense tomb sacrifice has become a custom after Qin and Han dynasties.
