魏池、魏智对北平汉学的贡献

【摘要】：魏智及法文图书馆为近代来华西方人所熟知,其汉学出版曾激发西方知识界对故都北平与中国社会政治的学术兴趣。但不可忽视的是法文图书馆的开创者为魏智之父魏池。他的波折人生与京津两地法文图书馆的早期发展密切相关。本文综合人物行迹、书籍出版和社会交往,勾勒魏池父子身世、出版事业的兴衰,梳理不同时期出版物的内在关联,进而在知识生产与传播的层面,阐明他们的汉学出版对民国时期北平汉学发展的贡献。
[Abstract]:Wei Zhi and his French library are well known to westerners in modern China. Their Sinology publication has aroused the academic interest of western intellectuals in Peiping and Chinese social politics. But what can not be ignored is that the founder of the French library is Wei Chi, the father of Wei Zhi. His twists and turns were closely related to the early development of the French library in Beijing and Tianjin. This paper synthesizes the works of characters, the publication of books and social communication, outlines the rise and fall of Wei Chi's father and son, the rise and fall of publishing, combs the internal connection of publications in different periods, and then in the level of knowledge production and dissemination. Expound their contribution to the development of Sinology in Peiping during the period of the Republic of China.
