“平生宗释复宗儒”:宋僧智圆的认同危机与身份确认——以《中庸子传》之分析为核心

【摘要】：本文通过分析宋初天台宗重要僧人孤山智圆带有自传性质的著作《中庸子传》,论述这位处于唐宋文化转型时期具有代表性的僧人的精神历程,认为儒士与僧人身份认同的危机是贯穿其一生的重要思想主线,随着其对天台学的深入研究,其思想矛盾得以缓和。因为天台学"空假不二为中道"的思想为其融汇儒佛提供了理论基础和来源。在其晚年,智圆确认了"佛主儒从"两者相辅相成的身份认同。其思想反映了当时中国"唐型文化"向"宋型文化"转变期的特色,也在一定程度上预示了宋代以降佛教思想发展的趋向性。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the autobiographical work "Zhuan of the mean", an important monk of Tiantai sect in the early Song Dynasty, this paper discusses the spiritual course of this representative monk in the period of cultural transformation of Tang and Song dynasties. It is believed that the crisis of Confucian and monk identity is the main thread of his thoughts throughout his life. His ideological contradiction was alleviated, because the idea of "empty and false is the middle way" provided the theoretical basis and source for the integration of Confucianism and Buddhism. In his later years, Zhiyuan confirmed the mutually reinforcing identity of "Buddhism and Confucianism". His thought reflected the characteristics of the transition period from "Tang culture" to "Song culture" in China at that time. To a certain extent, it also foreshadowed the trend of the development of Buddhism in the Song Dynasty.
