辟谷的方法与体验

【摘要】：宫哲兵教授所《写辟谷的方法与体验》一,文详细记载了作者在3次辟谷过程中的亲身体验和所产生的效,果对于读者了解辟谷有一定意。义作为一种古代道家创造的在特定时间内禁食而只喝水的修炼方,法辟谷的方法有多,种道教内部对于这些方法及其功效也有不同认。识应该注意的,是只有在明师指导,下根据自己身体情,况选择适合自己的方,法才可以练习辟并;否则,容易出现偏差,谷且对自己的身体造成损害。
[Abstract]:The method and experience of writing the Valley by Professor Gong Ze-bing. The article records in detail the author's personal experience and the effect produced in the process of the three times of the valley, which has a certain meaning for the reader to understand the valley. As an ancient Taoist practitioner who fasted and drank only water at a given time, there are many ways in which the Dharma Valley has been practiced, and there are different understandings of these methods and their efficacy within Taoism. What we should pay attention to is that only under the guidance of the master, under the condition of their own body, according to the choice of their own side, Dharma can practice and; otherwise, prone to deviation, Valley and damage to their own bodies.
