金陵刻经处与近现代佛教义学

【摘要】：晚清之际的中国社会与中国佛教,都处于内忧外患的历史阴影之中,救亡图存成为许多爱国爱教人士的重大使命。在此背景下,杨仁山居士于1866年创办了金陵刻经处,刻经弘法、办学育人、振兴义学,成为近现代中国佛教复兴的重要奠基人。本文详细回顾了金陵刻经处创办150年以来的曲折历程与卓异成果,展现了杨仁山居士、太虚大师、欧阳竟无、赵朴初居士等著名佛教人士为全面复兴中国佛教而做出的不懈努力。同时,清晰梳理了自东汉佛教传入中国以来经典翻译及义学研究的嬗变脉络,尤为翔实地阐述了金陵刻经处对近现代佛教义学的巨大贡献和深远影响。文中引用大量文献资料,真实再现了金陵刻经处从出版、教育、研究到统一佛教组织、创办佛教刊物,从博搜广弘大乘经典、重兴义学研究热潮到启迪社会革新思想,从民族文化的传承坚守到世界弘法的国际视野等多方面历史贡献,为当代中国佛教的思想文化建设、人才培养、世界传播提供了丰富的启迪。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, both Chinese society and Chinese Buddhism were in the historical shadow of internal and external troubles, and saving the nation from death became a major mission of many patriotic and religious people. In this context, in 1866, Mr. Yang Renshan established the Jinling Scripture Department, which was an important founder of the revival of Buddhism in modern China. In this paper, the author reviews in detail the tortuous course and outstanding achievements since the founding of Jinling Scripture Department 150 years ago, and shows that Yang Renshan, Taixu Master, Ouyang unexpectedly, Zhao Puchu and other famous Buddhist personages made unremitting efforts to revive Chinese Buddhism in an all-round way. At the same time, it clearly combs the transmutation of classical translation and the study of righteousness since the Eastern Han Buddhism was introduced into China, and expounds the great contribution and far-reaching influence of Jinling inscription on modern Buddhism. Citing a large number of documents and materials, the article truly reproduces the Jinling inscriptions from publishing, education, research to the unification of Buddhist organizations, the establishment of Buddhist publications, from the Bosou Guanghong Mahayana Sutra, the upsurge in the study of re-exuberance and righteousness to the enlightenment of social innovation. The historical contributions from the inheritance of national culture to the international field of view of spreading Dharma in the world have provided abundant enlightenment for the ideological and cultural construction of contemporary Chinese Buddhism, the cultivation of talents and the spread of the world.
