移民安置与回族“教坊”的重构——以宁夏红寺堡移民开发区为例

【摘要】：移民搬迁是一项复杂的系统工程,它不仅仅是经济系统的重建,还是社会系统的重构。宁夏回族自治区吴忠市红寺堡移民开发区是目前国内最大的移民开发区之一,在移民安置过程中由于没有考虑到回族内部教派门宦的差异性,没有将同一教派门宦的回族群众集中安置,在移民开发区新形成的众多回族村落中出现一个回族社区多种教派门宦并存的现象,导致宗教活动场所过多,布局不尽合理,对回族社区的整合与重构带来不利影响,无形中也增加了移民成本与回族群众的经济负担。文章在实地调研的基础上,对宁夏"十二五"期间,回族移民安置工作提出几点建议。
[Abstract]:Migration is a complex system engineering, it is not only the reconstruction of economic system, but also the reconstruction of social system. The Hongsibao Immigration Development Zone of Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, is one of the largest immigration development zones in China at present. In the process of resettlement, it did not take into account the differences among the religious officials within the Hui nationality. Without centralized resettlement of the Hui people of the same sect, there is a phenomenon of coexistence of a variety of Muslim communities in a large number of newly formed Hui villages in the Immigration Development Zone, resulting in too many places of religious activity and unreasonable distribution. It has a negative impact on the integration and reconstruction of the Hui community, and increases the emigration cost and the economic burden of the Hui people. On the basis of field investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the resettlement of Hui immigrants during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period in Ningxia.
