【摘要】：自新航路的开辟和新大陆的发现,世界历史的图景在人类发展史中铺展开来,伴随着科技、文化、交通工具的快速发展,全球化的进程日益加快,"地球村"已经从观念走向现实,人类社会从未如此紧密相连、休戚与共、水乳交融。新的时期、新的阶段,有新的机遇,也不乏新的挑战,世界向何处去?人类如何发展?一连串新的问题扑面而来。面对新时代、新局面,不同的国家会有不同的答案,构建人类命运共同体的主张正是中国基于全球视野贡献给世界的"公共产品"。人类命运共同体的构建固然不会一帆风顺,它面对着诸如极端的国家权力观、狭隘的国家利益观、偏执的普世文明观、片面的一国安全观、功利的生态逆持续观等方面的多重问题,而人类总是在克服一系列艰难困苦中获得进步的,在认真分析构建人类命运共同体面临的问题及其思想根源的基础上,要通过树立国际权力观、弘扬共同利益观、倡导新型文明观、坚持整体安全观、构筑全球生态文明体系等举措予以破解,进而迈向人类命运共同体的建构之路。本选题以构建人类命运共同体为主轴,紧紧围绕"为什么要构建"、"构建过程中面临哪些问题"、"怎样破解面临的问题"三条主线而展开。即在明确人类命运共同体的科学内涵的基础上,围绕"为什么要构建"挖掘现实依据,以阐明构建人类命运共同体的必要性和重要性;围绕"构建过程中面临哪些困境"找寻问题、剖析根源,以明确构建人类命运共同体的主攻方向;围绕"怎样破解面临的问题"直面现实,以探索人类命运共同体的建构之路。本文分为五个章节。第一章主要是对人类命运共同体进行相关理论阐释,包括对共同体、命运共同体的概念界定,以及对人类命运共同体本质意涵和基本特征的揭示等;第二章致力于探究人类命运共同体理念的思想资源,从马克思主义经典作家的共同体思想、中国共产党人的全球性理念、中华优秀传统文化的深层积淀、西方全球治理思想的有关镜鉴等几个方面梳理出人类命运共同体理念的历史脉络与理论渊源;第三章是在前两章的基础上论述当前构建人类命运共同体的必要性和重要性;第四章从"五位一体"的角度描绘出构建人类命运共同体在政治、经济、文化、安全、生态等方面面临问题的具体表现并对其进行原因分析;第五章以解决问题为导向,同样是从"五位一体"的视角直面问题与根源,针对性地探索构建人类命运共同体的对策。
