文化软实力建构背景下美国思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:建设社会主义文化强国,必须以振兴国家文化软实力为前提,在全民层面强化思想政治教育,才能建立民族文化自信。美国的文化软实力的量级和影响力是全球最具代表性的,美国思想政治教育的成功经验值得我们借鉴学习和思考。本文将从美国文化软实力的背景下重新审视美国的思想政治教育体系及其理论和方法,从一个崭新的理论视角去探究两者的关系及其对中国的启示,以期从中获得对中国思想政治教育有益且能不断增强自身文化软实力的新的道路和途径。本文将分为五大部分进行论述。第一部分:绪论。一是问题缘起和选题价值,对本课题的研究缘起和选题价值进行阐述,提出本文可能实现的理论和现实价值;二是研究现状的评析,具体对三方面的研究内容进行了中外学术的评析,包括:文化软实力的研究和相关国际关系理论、美国文化软实力的研究、美国思想政治教育的研究;三是本文的研究思想,详细阐明本文内含的理论植入和逻辑思路;四是研究方法。第二部分:文化软实力的界定与建构。本部分首先是对软实力和文化软实力这两个概念进行背景的阐述和理论的界定,然后重点分析文化软实力的丰富内涵和特点,最后运用国际关系理论中的科学建构主义对文化软实力的建构过程来进行分解,并运用实践论据进行论证。第三部分:文化软实力的建构与思想政治教育的关系。本部分主要是从理论层面探讨文化软实力和思想政治教育这两个研究对象对彼此的影响。首先是思想政治教育对文化软实力建构的影响,然后延续上一章对文化软实力建构的理论框架进行延展,探讨文化软实力的建构对思想政治教育的三大影响,为下文的现实论述阐明理论逻辑。第四部分:美国文化软实力:背景与目标。本部分为下文进行核心内容的阐述提供宏观的背景描摹,探讨美国文化软实力的历史演进、现实挑战和身处的国际环境,总结当前美国文化软实力所追求的近景和远景目标。第五部分是文化软实力背景下的美国思想政治教育:主体、内容与形式。本部分为整篇论文的核心章节,之前的论述都为本章节做背景铺垫和理论建构,最终的研究成果都将集中在本章节得到全面的展示。本部分内容分成三个部分:一是"教育主体:多元主体的参与和政府主体的整合";二是"教育内容:爱国主义、公民教育和全球政治教育";三是"教育方法:面向社区和面向世界的实践活动"。本部分将充分结合案例分析的方法,全面阐述本文的核心观点。第六部分是"对中国思想政治教育的启示",本部分作为整篇论文的结语部分,主要是从上文对美国思想政治教育的先进之处,并结合中国自身的情况和软实力追求来探讨对中国的可借鉴内容。
[Abstract]:In order to build a socialist cultural power, we must strengthen ideological and political education at the national level on the premise of revitalizing national cultural soft power, in order to build national cultural self-confidence. The order of magnitude and influence of cultural soft power in the United States is the most representative in the world. The successful experience of American ideological and political education is worth learning and thinking. This paper will re-examine the American ideological and political education system and its theory and methods from the background of soft power of American culture. From a new theoretical perspective to explore the relationship between the two and their inspiration to China, This article will be divided into five parts to discuss. The first part: introduction. First, the origin of the problem and the value of choosing the topic. This paper expounds the origin of the research and the value of the topic, and puts forward the possible theoretical and practical value of this paper. The second is the analysis of the current situation of the research, and the specific analysis of the three aspects of the research content, both at home and abroad. It includes: the study of cultural soft power and related international relations theory, the study of American cultural soft power, the study of American ideological and political education, the third is the research thought of this paper, which elaborates the theoretical implants and logical ideas contained in this paper. The second part is the definition and construction of cultural soft power. Then it analyzes the rich connotation and characteristics of cultural soft power, and finally uses the scientific constructivism in international relations theory to decompose the process of cultural soft power construction. The third part is the relationship between the construction of cultural soft power and ideological and political education. The first is the influence of ideological and political education on the construction of cultural soft power. Then the theoretical framework of the construction of cultural soft power is extended in the last chapter, and the three influences of the construction of cultural soft power on ideological and political education are discussed. Part 4th: American cultural soft power: background and goal. This part is divided into the core content of the following description to provide a macro background description, explore the historical evolution of American cultural soft power, The realistic challenge and the international environment, summarizes the current American cultural soft power pursue the closeness and the long-term goal. 5th part is the American ideological and political education under the cultural soft power background: the main body, Content and form. This part is divided into the core chapters of the whole paper, the previous discussions are all for this chapter to do the background and theoretical construction, The final research results will be concentrated in this chapter. The content of this part is divided into three parts: one is "educational subject: the participation of multiple subjects and the integration of government subject", the other is "education content: patriotism," Civic Education and Global political Education "; third," Educational methods: community oriented and World oriented practical activities ". This section will fully integrate the case study approach, Part 6th is "the enlightenment to Chinese ideological and political education". As the conclusion of the whole thesis, this part is mainly from the advanced point of the American ideological and political education. Combined with China's own situation and the pursuit of soft power to explore the content of reference to China.
