我国城镇化进程中的社会公德建设研究

【摘要】：当前我国已进入城镇化的重要阶段,同时,各种社会矛盾和问题也不断凸显出来。从道德的视角看,社会各个领域特别是公共领域的道德失范现象是比较令人担忧的,公民文明素养与城市物质文明水平是很不相称的。在新型城镇化过程中,如何坚持协调发展理念,既大力提高城市物质文明水平,又大幅提升市民文明素质和城市文明程度,在增强城市硬实力的同时提升城市软实力,是迫切的现实问题,也是重要的理论问题。本文以城镇化进程中的社会公德建设为研究对象,把社会公德建设放置在城镇化的宏观社会背景下进行研究,深入揭示了城镇化与社会公德建设之间的内在逻辑关系,为提出城镇化进程中加强社会公德建设这一课题寻找理论依据和现实依据；分析了我国城镇化进程中社会公德领域的突出问题及其主要原因,指出城镇化是我国推进社会公德建设的良好契机,要善于把握有利时机,积极应对挑战,努力提升公民文明素质和社会文明程度：梳理发达国家城镇化进程中社会公德建设的主要经验,挖掘其可供我国借鉴的有利资源。最后,明确社会公德建设的主要着力点,探索社会公德建设的基本路径,努力构建我国城镇化进程中社会公德建设的良好机制。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered an important stage of urbanization, at the same time, various social contradictions and problems have also been highlighted. From the moral perspective, the moral anomie in various fields, especially in the public field, is more worrying. The civic civilization quality is disproportionate to the level of the urban material text. In the new urbanization process How to adhere to the concept of coordinated development, not only improve the level of urban material civilization, but also greatly improve the quality of civic civilization and the degree of urban civilization. It is an urgent reality and important theoretical problem to enhance the urban hard strength and the city's soft strength. This article takes the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization as the research. To study the social morality construction under the macro social background of urbanization, the inner logical relationship between urbanization and social morality construction is revealed, and the theoretical and practical basis for strengthening the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization is sought, and the social morality in the process of urbanization in China is analyzed. The prominent problems and main reasons of the field are pointed out. It is pointed out that urbanization is a good opportunity to promote the construction of social ethics in our country. We should be good at grasping the favorable opportunity, actively responding to the challenges, and trying to improve the civic civilization quality and the degree of social civilization: to comb the main experiences of the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization in developed countries and to dig out it for our country. In the end, we should make clear the main point of the construction of social morality, explore the basic path of social morality construction, and try to build a good mechanism for the construction of social morality in the process of urbanization in China.
