目的论视角下习近平主席联合国讲话汉法翻译策略探究

【摘要】：作为外界观察中国的一个重要窗口,我国领导人对外公开演讲是外界了解中国内外政策变化发展的风向标,也是国际社会解读中国的重要渠道。对于中国自身来说,领导人外交演讲一方面意在对外解释我国的战略发展方向,另一方面也是为国际政治活动的开展和国际政治格局的构建提供新思路、新理念。因此,外交演讲对扩大我国对外宣传,促进国际社会了解中国,正面塑造国家形象起着重要作用。为了更好地实现"让中国走向世界,让世界了解中国",领导人外交演讲的外译成为题中之义。这将关系到我国对外宣传的效果与质量。其成功与否,对中国文化走出去,中国声音传出去有着重要影响。本文将选取习近平主席在联合国及其专门机构所发表的演讲中文原文和官方法语译文作为研究对象,以"目的论"为研究视角,以目的论三大法则为分类依据,通过大量实例分析、总结官方译本采取的具体翻译策略和达成的翻译效果。目的法则是目的论下最高法则,是翻译行为应当优先满足的法则。该法则尤其适用于翻译外交演讲中富含文化内涵的成语、诗词、典故或中国特色词汇。连贯法则要求译文符合目标语用语习惯。鉴于法语与汉语的差异,译者可以通过运用具体策略,使得外译能懂、易懂,符合外国读者阅读习惯。领导人外交演讲有其特殊性和严谨性,因此译文也频繁体现忠实法则。当三法则发生矛盾时,译者应把握好法则之间的优先关系,在必要时有所取舍。本文是将目的论这一理论体系运用到汉法外交演讲翻译策略的研究当中,希望对外交演讲法译实践和目的论在外交演讲翻译领域的应用有具体参考价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:As an important window for the outside world to observe China, our leaders' public speech to the outside world is a weather vane for the outside world to understand the changes and developments in China's internal and external policies, as well as an important channel for the international community to interpret China. For China itself, On the one hand, leaders' diplomatic speeches are intended to explain the strategic development direction of our country, on the other hand, they also provide new ideas and new ideas for the development of international political activities and the construction of international political patterns. Diplomatic speeches play an important role in expanding China's foreign propaganda, promoting the international community's understanding of China, and positively shaping the national image. Let the world understand China, "the foreign policy speech of the leaders is translated into the meaning of the title. This will affect the effect and quality of our country's foreign propaganda. Whether it is successful or not, it will go out to Chinese culture. The Chinese voice plays an important role in this study. This paper will choose the Chinese original text and the official French translation of the speech delivered by President Xi Jinping at the United Nations and its specialized agencies as the object of study, taking the Skopos Theory as the perspective of the study. Based on the three principles of Skopos Theory, this paper summarizes the specific translation strategies adopted and the translation effects achieved by the official translation through a large number of examples. The Skopos rule is the supreme rule under Skopos theory. It is the rule that translation behavior should be satisfied first. This rule is especially applicable to idioms and poems with rich cultural connotations in translation diplomatic speeches. Allusions or words with Chinese characteristics. Coherence rules require the translation to conform to the target language idiom. In view of the differences between French and Chinese, the translator can use specific strategies to make the foreign translation comprehensible and comprehensible. It is in line with the reading habits of foreign readers. Leaders' diplomatic speeches have their particularities and preciseness. Therefore, the translation frequently embodies the principle of faithfulness. When the three rules are contradictory, the translator should grasp the priority relationship between them. In this paper, the Skopos Theory is applied to the study of the translation strategies of Sino-French diplomatic speeches. It is hoped that it will be of practical reference value and practical significance to the practice of diplomatic speech translation and the application of Skopos theory in the field of diplomatic speech translation.
