城市社区思想政治教育工作现状与对策研究

【摘要】：城市社区是城市居民集中聚集地,对城市总体发展起着基础的支撑作用,一定程度上体现着社会的总体进步。另外,城市社区也是我国行政组织的“最后一公里”,是行政职能在城市中有效发挥的最终落脚点。城市社区健康有序发展离不开城市社区思想政治教育工作的健康有效开展。当前在党和国家对城市社区思想政治教育工作重视下,城市社区思想政治教育工作取得可圈可点的成绩,但随着社会的总体进步,城市化步伐越来越快、标准越来越高,再加之新的传播技术日新月异,城市社区思想政治教育工作逐渐显现出一系列问题,呈现出一些不适应性,这些问题已经阻碍了城市社区思想政治教育工作效果的充分发挥,亟需从理论上加以指导,从实践中逐渐完善。本文的撰写在立足时代背景、坚持正确理论导向的同时,以充实我国城市社区思想政治教育工作理论为理想目标,以问题为导向,以实地调查、查阅资料、归纳总结为主要研究方法,以实用主义为原则,在立足整体角度对城市社区综合阐述基础上,将城市社区思想政治教育工作整个过程做理论上划分,逐一列出存在问题、剖析原因、探求对策,力求在“综理密微”基础上达到“规模远大”之效。本文共分为四个部分:前言,综合阐述选题目的及意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法、研究创新之处等。第一章,我国城市社区思想政治教育工作概述,包括对城市社区思想政治教育工作内涵界定、工作特点、原则、成就等。第二章,对当前思想政治教育工作存在的问题及原因进行分析。第三章,在现象和原因分析的基础上,从提高教育主体综合能力、营造良好社区文化氛围、把握教育内容与方式协调统一、综合运用教育方式方法、严格落实保障措施五个方面提出改进当前城市社区思想政治教育工作的基本路径,这也是本文的最终落脚点,意图理论应用于实践、理论指导于实践。
