【摘要】：现代社会发展是多种整合方式共同作用的结果。思想政治教育社会整合是-种促进社会一体化的价值整合方式。在高度分殊化的现代社会,思想政治教育社会整合对于凝聚思想共识、维护共同体的稳定与秩序具有重要的现实意义；同时思想政治教育社会整合研究对拓宽思想政治教育的研究视野、改进思想政治教育方法等方面也具有重要的理论意义。本文从学科交叉的角度,综合运用文本分析、历史分析与比较分析的方法,从社会整合的全新视角深化了思想政治教育的研究领域,阐释了思想政治教育社会整合的内涵、目标、功能、历史依据、现实背景、精神资源和展开路径等内容。思想政治教育社会整合通过对人们的思想、信仰、观念、觉悟等精神要素进行综合引导、调节与教育,以使个人需要与整体利益相一致、精神意识与客观现实相统一,并以此提升社会价值共识、情感共鸣与思想认同,从而达到维护社会共同利益的目的。与其他整合机制相比,思想政治教育社会整合具有先导性、交互性、经济性、人本性和持久性等特征,更符合现代社会发展及人的主体性发展的需要。在当代中国,思想政治教育社会整合把构建和谐社会作为自己的整合目标,契合了党的历史任务、社会全面进步与人的全面发展的时代要求,也体现了思想政治教育的本质诉求。在和谐社会构建中,思想政治教育社会整合具有教育与动员、认同与凝聚、调控与稳定等功能。思想政治教育社会整合具有深刻的历史渊源。中国传统社会是一个德治社会,思想政治教育在传播儒学思想、进行礼乐教化、维护社会秩序和保证大一统国家长期存续方面起到了关键作用。中国传统社会德治的理念、内容和方法对现代思想政治教育整合有很多重要的启示；近代以来,中国共产党的成立赋予思想政治教育以新的内涵,以马克思主义为指导的思想政治教育是中国共产党的政治优势,是团结各种社会力量的一面旗帜,在革命和建设中更是起到价值定向、凝聚共识、振奋精神的作用。当然,中国共产党思想政治教育社会整合也有绝对化、过度化的历史教训。思想政治教育社会整合是我国社会发展的现实需要。在社会转型期,面对利益多元、价值多样、权威式微、国民心态失衡以及全球化的挑战,作为一种“软权力”的思想政治教育可以最大限度地凝聚价值共识,增强主流意识形态认同,培养理性平和的国民心态,为现实政治提供合法性解释,有效抵御西方思潮的侵蚀,最终实现社会的有效整合。思想政治教育社会整合作用的发挥既需要物质条件,也需要精神资源。从人类社会的发展来看,那些为思想政治教育活动所开发利用,并对思想政治教育活动目标的实施产生重要作用的知识理论、思想意识、价值观念、文化习俗、道德风尚都是思想政治教育社会整合的精神资源。现阶段,马克思主义理论、中国特色社会主义共同理想、民族精神和时代精神以及社会主义荣辱观等既是思想政治教育的主要内容,也是思想政治教育社会整合作用发挥的主要精神资源。在当代中国,社会主义核心价值体系是主流意识形态,是凝聚社会共识、维护社会团结的重要精神纽带。要发挥思想政治教育的社会整合作用必须从马克思主义意识形态、共同理想信念、民族精神和时代精神及公民道德等方面着手,改进与创新思想政治教育的理念、内容、方法及制度,才能在多元思想观念中找到“最大公约数”,才能在异质性社会中形成最大合力,实现社会的团结与稳定。这也是本文研究的落脚点。
[Abstract]:The social integration of ideological and political education is a value integration way to promote social integration . In the modern society with high degree of diversity , the social integration of ideological and political education has important theoretical significance in broadening the research field of ideological and political education and improving the methods of ideological and political education . The social integration of ideological and political education , through the comprehensive guidance , adjustment and education of people ' s thoughts , beliefs , concepts , consciousness and so on , unifies the individual needs with the whole interest , the spirit consciousness and the objective reality , and thus promotes the social value consensus , the emotional resonance and the thought identification , thus achieving the aim of maintaining the common interests of the society . In the contemporary China , the ideological and political education social integration has the characteristics of guiding , interactivity , economy , human nature and durability , and also embodies the essence of the ideological and political education . In the construction of harmonious society , the social integration of ideological and political education has the functions of education and mobilization , identity and cohesion , regulation and stability . The social integration of ideological and political education has a profound historical origin . The traditional Chinese society plays a key role in the dissemination of Confucianism , the teaching of ideas , the maintenance of social order and the guarantee of the long - term survival of the whole country . The social integration of ideological and political education is the real need of our country ' s social development . In the period of social transformation , the ideological and political education of " soft power " can unite the value consensus , strengthen the mainstream ideology identification , cultivate the rational and peaceful national mentality , provide the legitimacy explanation for the realistic politics , effectively resist the erosion of the western ideological trend , and finally realize the effective integration of society . The social integration of ideological and political education requires material conditions and spiritual resources . In view of the development of human society , the knowledge theory , ideology , value idea , cultural custom and moral style which are important to the implementation of ideological and political education activities are the spiritual resources of the social integration of ideological and political education . At present , the Marxist theory , the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics , the national spirit and the spirit of the times and the socialist honor and disgrace view are both the main contents of the ideological and political education and the main spiritual resources that the ideological and political education social integration plays . In contemporary China , the socialist core value system is the mainstream ideology . It is an important spiritual link to unite the social consensus and maintain social solidarity . The social integration of ideological and political education must begin with the aspects of Marxism ideology , common ideal faith , national spirit and spirit of the times and civil morality .
