【摘要】：道德信仰危机严重削弱国家治理现代化的价值目标,社会公德匮乏损耗国家治理现代化的内在动力,知行脱节妨害国家治理现代化的最终效果,所有这些均是推进国家治理现代化中道德问题的突出表现。究其生成逻辑,市场经济的负面效应是道德领域问题突出的根本原因;民主法治不健全是道德领域问题突出的主要原因;社会制度安排不公正是道德领域问题突出的重要原因;不良社会思潮冲击是道德领域问题突出的直接原因。因而,要真正解决国家治理现代化中的道德问题,就要认识到完善社会主义市场经济是加强道德问题治理推进国家治理现代化的根本路径;健全民主法治建设是加强道德问题治理推进国家治理现代化的主要路径,优化社会制度安排是加强道德问题治理推进国家治理现代化的重要路径;弘扬先进道德文化是加强道德问题治理推进国家治理现代化的直接路径。只有综合施治,才能充分发挥以德治国的重要作用,推进国家治理现代化目标的早日实现。
[Abstract]:The moral belief crisis severely weakened the value goal of the modernization of national governance, lack of intrinsic motivation of social morality loss in the modernization of national governance, the ultimate effect of knowledge and practice hinder the modernization of national governance, all of which are shown to promote the moral problems in the process of the modernization of national governance. The generation logic, the negative effect of the market economy is the fundamental reason of moral the field of outstanding issues; democracy and the rule of law is not perfect is the main reason for moral problems; social institution justice is an important reason of moral field problems; the impact of bad social ideological trend is the direct reason of moral problems. Therefore, to solve the moral problems in the modernization of national governance, we must realize that the perfection of the socialist the market economy is the fundamental path to strengthen the moral issues of governance to promote the modernization of national governance; improve the democratic rule of law construction A main path is to strengthen the moral issues of governance to promote the modernization of national governance, optimize the social system arrangement is the important path to strengthen the moral problems of governance to promote the modernization of national governance; carry forward the advanced moral culture is to strengthen the direct route of Moral Governance to promote the modernization of national governance. Only the comprehensive treatment, in order to give full play to the role of ethics, to promote the early realization of the modernization of national governance objectives.
