【摘要】：20世纪50年代西方学者提出了意识形态终结论,认为东西方两种社会制度之间存在的“左”“右”论战已经丧失意义。但是回顾历史可以发现:意识形态领域的斗争并没有终结,而且会伴随着两种社会制度共存格局形势的不断演变,借助新的载体和工具、改变其表现的形式。进入Wed2.0时代,以美国为首的西方社会凭借其在新媒体技术应用方面的优势向我国大量渗透和输出意识形态,意识形态渗透的渠道更加隐蔽化、多元化,宣传内容更加大众化、娱乐化,宣传对象更加精准化、年轻化。新媒体时代出现的新情况已经对我国主流意识形态安全产生了严重的挑战。另一方面,我国社会转型产生的一系列社会矛盾、政治制度改革面临巨大的压力、民众政治信仰的衰退等多种不利影响在新媒体环境中的传播使得我国意识形态安全面临的环境更加恶化。因此,深入研究我国意识形态安全在新媒体环境下所面临的严峻挑战,科学有效地分析造成目前这种严峻形势的深层原因以及有针对性地提出维护其安全切实可行的对策是当前一件迫在眉睫的历史重任。为了能够回答以上三个层面的问题,以及遏制意识形态安全遭遇的不利影响、推动我国社会主义现代化发展,本文着重对以下几个问题进行了思考:一是在文献综述部分限定了意识形态安全的几个方面,主要包括指导思想、政治信仰、道德秩序等;二是我国意识形态安全面临的挑战。分析了新媒体技术的不断发展对我国意识形态安全造成挑战的可能性。研究了新媒体对我国意识形态建设工作所带来的问题。讨论了对意识形态争论以及西方国家在新媒体技术方面对我国造成的威胁;三是造成挑战的原因分析。主要从意识形态内容建设落后、社会转型产生的政治信仰危机、意识形态传播格局困境等原因进行了阐述;四是对策研究。主要从新媒体意识形态宣传阵地的建设、相关法律法规的制定、传播体系的建立、以及积极主动应对西方意识形态的渗透等途径入手增强我国意识形态的吸引力,维护我国意识形态安全。
[Abstract]:In 1950s, western scholars put forward the theory of the end of ideology, the East and west two social systems between "left" and "right" debate has lost significance. But history can be found: the struggle in the realm of ideology does not end, and will be accompanied by the continuous evolution of two kinds of social system of coexistence of the situation, with the help of the new carrier and tool the change in the form of its performance. In the age of Wed2.0, the US led western society with the application of new media technology advantage to our large number of penetration and output ideology, ideological infiltration channels more subtle, more diversified, propaganda popularization, entertainment, publicity object more accurate, young. New media era has brought serious challenges to the mainstream ideology in China. On the other hand, China's social transformation. A series of social conflicts, political system reform is facing tremendous pressure, the spread of recession and other adverse effects of people's political beliefs in the new media environment in the face of our country ideology security environment worse. Therefore, in-depth study of the challenges faced in the ideological security of China under the new media environment, scientific and effective analysis of underlying causes of this grim situation at present and puts forward the feasible countermeasures to maintain safety is a matter of imminent historical responsibility. In order to answer the above three aspects, and to curb the adverse effects of Ideological Security encounter, promoting China's socialist modernization development, this paper emphasizes on the following several problems: one is the literature review part defines several aspects of ideological security, mainly including the guiding thought, Political beliefs, moral order; the two is facing our country ideology security challenges. To analyze the possibility of the continuous development of new media technology pose a challenge for the ideological security of China. The research of the new media brings to China's ideological construction work. Discuss the ideology of arguing and a threat to western countries to China cause in the new media technology; the three is the analysis of the cause of the challenge. The main content from the ideology behind the construction of social transformation, political belief crisis, ideology dissemination predicament pattern such as elaborated; the four is the countermeasures. Mainly from the construction of new media ideological propaganda positions, formulate relevant laws and regulations, establish the communication system, and actively deal with the penetration of Western ideology and other ways to enhance our ideological appeal, maintaining our consciousness form It's safe.
