【摘要】:文化是精神的载体,精神是民族的灵魂。历观史鉴,不难发现,一个国家或民族的崛起、振兴往往以本国或本民族文化的崛起、振兴为先导和支撑。山西是中华民族的重要发祥地之一,是全国著名的革命老区,也是红色文化资源的重要聚集地,具有光荣的革命传统和灿烂的红色文化,催生出太行精神、吕梁精神、大寨精神、右玉精神等宝贵的精神财富和先进典型。山西红色文化不仅是全国红色文化的重要篇章,而且是中华优秀传统文化的奇葩,也是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容。当前,中国共产党领导人民在革命、建设、改革过程中兼收并蓄古今中外优秀文化而形成和发展的红色文化资源,也已成为中国人民传承和弘扬先进文化、培育和提升民族精神、进行爱国主义和革命传统教育的有效载体。宣扬红色文化已经成为巩固党的执政地位的政治工程;弘扬民族精神、加强青少年思想道德建设的文化工程;促进革命老区经济社会发展、实现山西文化强省建设的经济工程。在新的历史条件下,如何利用新媒体的手段,继承和发扬光荣的革命传统;挖掘整理、创新创意地具象展示、体验、感悟红色文化;进一步充实、丰富、凸显太行精神、吕梁精神、右玉精神的红色文化载体,已成为传承和弘扬红色文化所面临的重要挑战。本文以社会主义核心价值观理论为指导,以山西红色文化资源为研究对象,对实现山西红色文化的概况、类型、功能进行了简要的梳理,对新媒体时代山西红色文化传播的现状做了调查与研究,就其中存在的问题及原因展开详细的剖析,并结合实际情况,就新时期,山西如何运用新媒体手段提升红色文化影响力提出了具体的措施和建议。本文主要由六部分内容构成:第一章为绪论,主要是对论文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容及创新点作一简要概述;第二章主要针对本文所提及的文化、红色文化、新媒体、文化软实力等概念进行规范、阐明。第三章系统叙述了山西红色文化的发展历程,挖掘山西红色文化蕴含的包括物质层面、精神内涵、先进人物事迹、文化精品等在内的丰富资源,掌握山西红色文化的发展现状,判断山西红色文化在国内外的影响力,在此基础上,对山西红色文化的主要特征进行概括,从而全面把握山西红色文化的发展脉络、基本情况以及主要特征。第四章则是通过书刊报纸网络,大量搜集、具体了解受众群体的需求和想法,亲自体验受众群体的思维方式等各种渠道来分析新媒体时代下山西红色文化的传播现状、存在问题以及原因分析。第五章是在前述章节的基础上,凝练出新媒体时代提升山西红色文化软实力应坚持的几个原则,并提出了新媒体时代提升山西红色文化软实力的政策建议和具体措施。第六部分为结语,再次强调充分挖掘山西红色文化的时代价值,提升山西红色文化软实力是塑造山西美好形象,实现振兴崛起的必然要求。在山西红色文化的传播过程中,更需要合理地利用新媒体手段,借助新媒体的主要渠道和多样性方式对山西红色文化进行广泛的宣传,在不断实践与尝试中促进红色文化的快速传播。本文综合运用文献资料法、调查研究法、质的研究法、行动研究法、比较研究法等方法,对山西红色文化的传播现状、问题、原因进行了深入的探析,相较于以往的研究成果,本文筛选了几个典型性的区域性红色文化作为考察对象并就其传播现状进行了实地调研,获得了许多重要的一手资料,并就红色文化的主要功能加以概括,同时,为山西在新媒体时代下如何提升红色文化软实力提出了政策建议和具体措施,因而具有一定的创新性。通过研究,本文得出如下结论。在新媒体时代下,继承和弘扬山西红色文化,具体应做到:首先,必须树立红色文化传播的主动性和自觉性,提高民众对山西红色文化的认同感;其次,要培养客观的传播意识,通过多样化传播手段提高红色文化吸引力;再次,应该加强对山西红色文化传播过程中的资金与技术投入;此外,还要采用多元化传播方式,改善山西红色文化传统传播模式;最后,就是要进一步提高政府参与力度,制定和完善新媒体传播红色文化相关的法律法规。

In the new historical conditions, how to use the new media means to inherit and carry forward the glorious revolutionary tradition; excavate creative as show, experience, perception of red culture; to further enrich the rich, highlighting the Taihang spirit, the spirit of Lvliang red culture carrier of the spirit of Youyu. Has become an important challenge to inherit and carry forward the red culture faced. The sixth part is the conclusion, once again fully tap the time value of the Shanxi red culture, enhance the soft power of Shanxi red culture is shaping the beautiful image of Shanxi, a necessary requirement to achieve revitalization. In the dissemination process of Shanxi red culture, need more rational use of new media tools, with the help of the main channel and a variety of new media the way of extensive publicity of Shanxi red culture, promote the rapid dissemination of red culture and try to continue in practice. This paper uses the literature method, survey method, qualitative research method, action research method, research method, communication situation, the Shanxi red culture problems, reasons for the further analysis, compared with the previous research results, this article selected several typical regional red culture as the research object and the communication status of the investigation, Get a lot of important information on the one hand, and the main function of red culture is summarized, at the same time, Shanxi in the new media era how to enhance the soft power of the red cultural put forward specific measures and suggestions, which has certain innovation. Through the research, this paper draw the following conclusions. In the era of new media, the inheritance and development of Shanxi red culture, we should do: first, must establish the initiative and consciousness of the red culture, improve the people of Shanxi red cultural identity; secondly, to cultivate objective communication consciousness, improve the attractiveness of the red culture through diverse means of communication; thirdly, should strengthen the investment of capital and technology in Shanxi the red culture communication process; in addition, should adopt diversified means of communication, improve the Shanxi red culture communication model; finally, is to further improve the government involvement, system Set and improve the new media to disseminated the relevant laws and regulations related to red culture.
