【摘要】：当今的中国，正处于一个大发展、大调整、大变革的伟大时代，正经历着一场全面而深刻的社会变革。社会变革必将伴随着社会价值观的激烈碰撞与冲突，也必将引起社会价值体系的调整与重构。纵观古今中外，欧洲的文艺复兴、宗教改革和启蒙运动；日本的明治维新；中国先秦时期的百家争鸣、五四时期的新文化运动、改革开放初期的真理标准问题大讨论、姓“资”姓“社”大争论，以及今天的普世价值的辩论、中国模式的争论等等，这都表明社会变革越深刻越激烈，社会价值观的碰撞与冲突也就越深刻越激烈。在旧的价值体系趋于解体、新的价值体系尚未建立之时，加之价值观的多元多变多样，必然会造成人们的价值选择困难与价值迷茫，甚至造成整个社会价值体系的困境。长期的人类历史发展表明，任何社会和民族都会形成自己的核心价值体系。这是基于一定的生产方式基础之上的社会秩序得以运转和维系的基本精神条件。当代中国社会主义核心价值体系，就是基于当代中国生产方式基础之上的当代中国社会秩序持续健康运行和发展的基本精神条件。它为当代中国社会发展指明了根本的价值取向，为当代中国社会制度建设提供了内在的价值依据，更为我们坚持理论自信、制度自信、道路自信提供了灵魂支撑。同时，今天的中国，国家综合国力明显增强，国际地位迅速提升，国民素质大幅提高，国际影响力与日俱增，这些都为当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设奠定了坚实的基础、提供了有利的条件。本文以马克思主义理论为指导，，立足于当代中国特色社会主义这一基本国情，在深入分析和把握当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设的基本概念、思想理论来源、所面临的新的时代境遇以及基本现状的基础上，从经济、制度、文化以及人的素质等四个方面对当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设的实践路径进行了探索研究。当代中国社会主义核心价值体系是什么，以及怎样建设当代中国社会主义核心价值体系，这是建设当代中国社会主义核心价值体系过程中必须回答和解决的首要问题。本文着重分析了社会主义核心价值、社会主义核心价值观与社会主义核心价值体系三个概念及其相互关系。并指出，本文所讨论和研究的“社会主义核心价值体系”，必须也应该基于中国特色社会主义这一现实基础之上，不能脱离和超越这一特定的现实基础和基本条件。它完整的表述应该是“当代中国社会主义核心价值体系” 当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设，不是无源之水、无本之木，有着其自身深厚的理论土壤。正是在对科学社会主义的价值理念的继承与发展，对资本主义的价值体系的批判与超越，对中国优秀文化传统的传承与创新，以及对中国共产党相关的理论探索的发展与深化中，当代中国社会主义核心价值体系才得以逐渐生成，并展现出其自身独特的内在逻辑，成为凝聚当今海内外中华儿女的精神纽带。当代中国社会主义核心价值体系是中国共产党对当代中国所处的时代境遇的一种客观判断的结论。改革开放三十年来，中国取得了举世瞩目的成就，GDP跃居世界第二。然而在快速发展的背后，面临着一系列社会问题。问题永远是时代的先锋号，是它反映自身精神状态的最切实际的真实呼声。这些问题的出现，反映了当代中国所处时代的精神状态和精神风貌。当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设正是对这一精神状态和精神风貌的积极回应。当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设至今已取得了诸多成果，但同时也面临诸多理论问题和实践难题，如，形式与内容建设上的单调、理论建设与实践之间的脱节、继承与借鉴方面的不足等等，这些都影响和制约着当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设进程。这些问题之所以存在，有诸多方面的原因，主要有形式主义的泛滥、人民主体性的缺失、相关制度建设的缺位、错位、理论建设方面的滞后，以及意识形态领域的忧患意识的不足等等。基于此，本文着重从经济、制度、文化以及人的素质等四个方面对当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设的实践路径进行了尝试性的探索研究。当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设，是一项长期的系统的任务，不可能一蹴而就。我们应当持之以恒，从中国经济社会发展的实际情况出发，准确定位中国的世界历史地位，按照其自身内在的发展规律，更加广泛深入地进行理论研究与实践探索，推动当代中国社会主义核心价值体系建设。这是时代赋予我们的重大历史使命。
