【摘要】:思想政治教育基本规律是思想政治教育基础理论中的重大问题之一,关乎思想政治教育学科的存在和发展。随着思想政治教育实践的不断发展,思想政治教育领域出现的许多新情况、新问题,都需要从这个问题中寻求解答的方案。如何重新审视思想政治教育的历史地位和基本矛盾,如何科学认识和把握思想政治教育基本规律的具体内容,如何在社会转型中创造有利于思想政治教育基本规律实现的现实条件,从而推动社会进步和人的全面发展,在实现中国梦的道路上,仍然是需要深入研究的理论课题和亟待解决的现实问题。本文以现实的人为立论基础,从社会发展与人的发展历史进程的双重视角深入考察了思想政治教育基本规律及发展趋势。在整合学术界关于思想政治教育教育基本规律研究成果的基础上,探讨了思想政治教育基本规律的核心概念,分析了思想政治教育基本矛盾的内涵,揭示了思想政治教育基本规律的主要内容就是推进社会全面进步与实现人的全面发展的统一。本文坚持用整体的观点解读思想政治教育的历史发展,对思想政治教育基本规律的形成与发展过程作了较为全面而系统的阐释,并试图在当代中国语境下建构实现思想政治教育基本规律的有效路径。基于上述认识,本文主要从以下四个方面展开论述:首先,厘清了思想政治教育和思想政治教育基本规律的核心概念。本文坚持用整体性观点看待思想政治教育,认为思想政治教育是贯穿人类社会发展过程始终的社会实践活动,思想政治教育不仅是一个教育学命题,更是一个哲学命题,这就从社会发展和人的发展的高度对思想政治教育的价值作了学理性规定。同时,本文着重对基本规律的内涵和特点作了新的探讨,认为规律可以表现为目的实现,这里的“目的”不是主观臆想的,而是包含着对客体制约性和主体自身条件的认知。思想政治教育基本规律表现为“目的”的实现,不是唯心主义的观点,而是规律与价值相统一的逻辑契合。主体的价值选择性和目的性正是社会历史规律与自然规律的根本区别所在。其次,确立了思想政治教育基本规律研究的逻辑起点和立论基础。现实的人不仅是思想政治教育生成的历史起点,也是思想政治教育基本规律形成的逻辑起点。思想政治教育要立足现实的人,把满足现实人的现实需要,发展人的现实关系作为其存在的价值和终极目标。只有从现实的人而非抽象的人出发,才能科学揭示思想政治教育基本规律。再次,深入探讨了思想政治教育基本矛盾,揭示了基本规律的主要内容。基本规律是基本矛盾运动的反映,我们应该通过思想政治教育基本矛盾运动来揭示思想政治教育基本规律。思想政治教育基本矛盾是思想政治教育与社会发展、思想政治教育与人的发展之间的矛盾运动过程,因而,本文提出思想政治教育基本规律的主旨要义就是推动社会全面进步与促进人的全面发展相统一的规律。规律具有层次性,人类社会发展基本规律属于一级层次的规律,思想政治教育基本规律属于二级层次的规律,二级层次的规律从属于一级层次规律。最后,初步建构了实现思想政治教育基本规律的有效路径。发展和完善中国特色社会主义的丰富实践为实现思想政治教育基本规律提供了现实条件。中国特色社会主义生态文明建设奠定了实现思想政治教育基本规律的制度和人文环境,中国特色社会主义信息文明建设为实现思想政治教育基本规律提供了现实手段,马克思主义理论教育为实现思想政治教育基本规律提供了精神动力。
[Abstract]:The basic law of the ideological and political education is one of the major problems of Ideological and political education theory, the existence and development for the ideological and political education. With the continuous development of the practice of Ideological and political education, many new situations, problems of the ideological and political education of new problems, need to seek the solution scheme from this problem.
