中美两国核心价值观教育比较研究

【摘要】:核心价值观教育是思想政治教育中的核心问题,它对一个国家意识形态发展起到主导和规范作用。核心价值观的辐射力和影响力是一个国家文化软实力的精神内核,是国家治理的价值工具,也是一个国家综合实力的重要体现。本文从社会主义文化强国建设与社会主义核心价值观教育的现实需要出发,运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法来认识和分析核心价值观教育问题,探讨美国核心价值观教育的现实价值及其对我国核心价值观教育的当代功用,为培育和践行我国社会主义核心价值观提供有益补充和借鉴。首先,论文研究了中国核心价值观教育的发展脉络与面临的挑战。中国核心价值观经历了从古代、近现代到当代的演进过程,继承了中国传统价值观的文化基因,吸纳了马克思主义价值思想,总结了我国改革开放的价值实践经验,发展了马克思主义理论宝库。中国古代核心价值观教育的内容重视民本、强调德教为先、主张自省内求,通过权衡义利来明确价值取向;在教育方法上讲究学思并重、自省修己、启迪诱导、身教重于言教和因材施教。进行社会主义核心价值观教育,既要继承和发扬优良传统,又要立足于现实问题。当前,我们进行社会主义核心价值观教育主要面临三个方面的挑战:国家意识形态安全面临严峻挑战、转型时期社会秩序的权威难以聚合以及公民个体道德失范现象频现。其次,对美国的核心价值观教育进行了全面剖析。一是分析了美国的学校价值观教育的嬗变逻辑,经历了认知性道德发展法、价值澄清法、社会行动法和新品格教育法的发展过程。二是重点分析了美国核心价值观教育的主要特色。尊重学生的价值观教育中的主体地位,倡导对学生个性的培养,引导学生开展自觉地道德实践:注重隐形的教育和潜移默化的文化熏陶,政府、宗教、媒体、家庭和社会都是美国进行核心价值观教育的重要载体;重视核心价值观的海外输出和传播,扩大核心价值观的世界影响力。三是分析了美国核心价值观教育的本质,是为了捍卫美国的国家利益,以巩固其在世界范围内的霸主地位。再次,对中美之间存在的价值观冲突做了分析,并对两国的核心价值观教育进行了深入比较。中国是世界上最大的发展中国家,美国是世界上最大的发达国家,两个国家在文化传统、基本国情、生活方式和社会制度等方面不同,在政治、经济、军事、文化以及外交等领域存在许多冲突,两国之间的价值观也存在着诸多分歧与矛盾。文章还从中美两国核心价值观教育的目标、内容、路径以及哲学基础等方面,对二者进行了一番深入比较。最后,全文的落脚点关注美国核心价值观教育对我国核心价值观教育的启示。作者提出对待美国核心价值观教育的正确思想;概括出美国核心价值观教育的三大原则,即个人主义与社群主义并重、政府与市场主体功能互补、刚性约束和柔性教育结合;提出完善我国社会主义核心价值观教育的五条有效方法,促进学校、家庭和社区核心价值观教育的良性互动,发挥政府主导与文化市场在核心价值观教育中的作用,充分发挥新闻媒体的主渠道作用,发挥先进人物与“最美现象”的价值引领,大力推动社会主义核心价值观的对外传播,切实增强社会主义核心价值观教育的效果。
[Abstract]:The core value of education is the core issue in the ideological and political education, it is dominant and normative role for a country ideology development. The core values of the radiation and influence is the core spirit of a country's cultural soft power, is the tool value of national governance, but also an important manifestation of the comprehensive strength of a country. From the point of view of socialist cultural power construction and the socialist core values education reality in this paper, the application of Marx's position, viewpoint, method to understand and analyze the concept of core value education, contemporary value practical value of American education of core values and core values of China's education, to nurture and practice the socialist core values provide a useful supplement and reference. Firstly, the development of China core values education and the challenges of Chinese core. The values from the experience of the ancient and modern evolution of contemporary culture, inherited the gene Chinese traditional values, to absorb the Marx doctrine value thought, summed up China's reform and opening up the value of practical experience, the development of the treasure house of Marx theory. Chinese ancient core values of the content of education of the people's attention, emphasis teach first, advocating introspection in seeking, by weighing the righteousness to clear the value orientation of the education method; pay attention to both learning and thinking, self repair, enlightenment by precept and individualized. The socialist core values of education, it is necessary to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions, but also based on the practical problems. At present, we carry out the socialist core values education is facing three challenges: the security of national ideology is facing severe challenges, during the transition period of social order and authority is difficult to aggregate Citizen individual moral anomie phenomenon are frequent. Secondly, the core value of American education conducted a comprehensive analysis. One is to analyze the evolution logic of American school values education, experienced cognitive moral development method, value clarification method, the process of the development of social action and the new character education method. Two main features focus on the analysis of the American core value education. Respect the students' Values Education in the dominant position, promote the cultivation of students' personality, and guide the students to consciously practice moral education: pay attention to the invisible and subtle cultural edification, government, religion, media, family and society is an important carrier of American core value the concept of education; pay attention to overseas output and spread core values, expand the core values of the influence in the world. Three is the analysis of the nature of the core values of education, is to defend the United States China's national interests, to consolidate its worldwide dominance. Once again, the value conflicts between China and the United States are analyzed, and the core value of the concept of education deeply. Chinese is the largest developing country in the world, the United States is the most developed country in the world in two countries. The basic conditions in the traditional culture, life style and social system and so on, in the political, economic, military, cultural and diplomatic conflicts exist in many areas, between the two values, there are also many differences and contradictions. The two countries from the core values of education objectives, content, path and philosophical foundation so, the two made a deep comparison. Finally, the foothold of the thesis concern American core value education of our core values. The author puts forward the Enlightenment towards core values The correct ideological education; summarize three principles of the American education of core values, namely individualism and Communitarianism of both the government and the market, the main function is complementary, with rigid constraints and flexible education; puts forward five effective methods, China's socialist core value view education to promote the school, family and community interaction core values education and culture, the government plays a leading role in the education market in view of core value, give full play to the role of the main channel of the news media, advanced to play characters with "the most beautiful phenomenon" the value of lead, and vigorously promote the spread of socialist core values, strengthen the education of socialist core values.
