经济新常态下中国工匠精神的培育

【摘要】：当今世界综合国力的竞争异常激烈,再工业化、智能化浪潮席卷全球,这给当代中国工业经济发展带来了新的挑战。要抓住经济新常态下中国制造业转型发展的机遇,必须充分认识现代化进程中工匠精神不足的原因,弘扬中国特色社会主义工匠精神,培育千千万万的中国工匠,从多角度培育中国特色社会主义的工匠精神,并将其作为一个社会工程来推进,从而推动中国走上制造业强国之路。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition of comprehensive national power in the world is extremely fierce, and the trend of re-industrialization and intelligence is sweeping the whole world. This has brought new challenges to the development of industrial economy in contemporary China. In order to seize the opportunity of the transformation and development of Chinese manufacturing industry under the new normal state of economy, we must fully understand the reasons for the shortage of craftsmen in the process of modernization. Carry forward the spirit of socialist craftsmen with Chinese characteristics, cultivate thousands of Chinese craftsmen, cultivate the spirit of craftsmen with Chinese characteristics from various angles, and promote it as a social project. This will push China on the road to a manufacturing power.
