网络虚拟社会的道德困境与规范建构

【摘要】：网络虚拟空间的二元性易致主体道德认知弱化,网络虚拟生存的非实体性易致主体道德情感淡漠,网络虚拟交往的匿名分散性易致主体道德责任缺失,网络虚拟活动的超现实性易致主体道德人格分裂。政府应牵头制定推广网络道德行为规范,制定出台微媒体、网络社区、移动智能终端等网络载体自律公约,明晰网络媒体机构及从业人员的职业道德底线,强化"底线"教育,提升其媒介素养和专业技术素养,完善社会监督机制,使其在媒体职业生涯中坚持法律法规底线、道德风尚底线、信息真实性底线、公民合法权益底线、社会公共秩序底线、社会主义制度底线和国家利益底线。国家、社会、主流媒体要引导和规范网络媒体,加强道德理念规范化和制度化建设,提升网络媒体的社会公信力。
[Abstract]:The duality of the virtual space of the network easily weakens the subject's moral cognition, the non-entity of the network's virtual existence easily leads to the indifference of the subject's moral emotion, and the anonymous and dispersed nature of the network's virtual communication easily leads to the lack of the subject's moral responsibility. The super-reality of the virtual activities of the network easily leads to the break-up of the moral personality of the subject. The government should take the lead to formulate and promote the norms of network moral conduct and formulate the self-regulation convention of network carriers such as micromedia, network community, mobile intelligent terminal and so on. We should clarify the bottom line of professional ethics of network media organizations and practitioners, strengthen the "bottom line" education, improve their media literacy and professional technical literacy, and improve the social supervision mechanism. Make it adhere to the bottom line of laws and regulations, the bottom line of moral custom, the bottom line of information authenticity, the bottom line of citizen's legitimate rights and interests, and the bottom line of social public order in the media career. Socialist system bottom line and national interest bottom line. The state, society and mainstream media should guide and standardize the network media, strengthen the standardization and institutionalization of moral concept, and enhance the social credibility of the network media.
