道德环境优化研究

【摘要】：十八大报告明确指出：要用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮、凝聚社会共识，，全面提高公民道德素质，这是社会主义道德建设的基本任务，也是建设社会主义文化强国实现全面建成小康社会的战略目标之一。而在现实生活中，社会道德环境不尽如人意，道德领域突出问题仍然严峻，一些领域存在道德失语、诚信缺失、责任意识淡漠等现象，道德状况不容乐观。政府、社会、学校、家庭都存在一系列道德问题，亟待改善。在此背景下，本文运用马克思主义等基本理论，在对十八大精神与要求进行理解的基础上，通过文献调研和跨学科研究法，首先对道德环境问题的理论内涵和实质做出深入的考察，阐明道德与道德环境的概念，指出道德环境建设关乎一个社会的文明进步，是社会主义道德建设的基本任务；其次通过列举道德问题在政府、社会、学校、家庭这四方面目前存在的问题，并逐一分析各领域问题存在的原因；最后在借鉴学界最新理论成果的基础上，结合别国道德环境建设的经验，立足现实，研究我国道德环境优化建设，提出了从政府，社会，学校，家庭四个角度对我国当前道德环境进行优化的措施。本文对于明确我国道德环境现状，在此基础上对整体道德环境进行优化，具有重要理论概括和实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:The 18 report clearly pointed out: it is the basic task of socialist moral construction to use the socialist core value system to lead the social trend of thought, to gather the social consensus and to improve the moral quality of citizens in an all-round way. It is also one of the strategic goals of building a socialist cultural power to build a well-off society in an all-round way. However, in real life, the social moral environment is not satisfactory, and the outstanding problems in the moral field are still severe. In some fields, moral aphasia, lack of good faith, indifferent sense of responsibility and so on, the moral situation is not optimistic. There are a series of moral problems in government, society, school and family, which need to be improved urgently. In this context, this paper uses Marxism and other basic theories, on the basis of understanding the spirit and requirements of 18, through literature research and interdisciplinary research method. First of all, the theoretical connotation and essence of moral environment issues are deeply investigated, the concept of morality and moral environment is clarified, and it is pointed out that the construction of moral environment is related to the civilization and progress of a society. It is the basic task of socialist moral construction; Secondly, by enumerating the moral problems in the government, society, school, family in the four aspects of the existing problems, and one by one analysis of the causes of the problems in each field; Finally, on the basis of the latest academic theoretical results, combined with the experience of other countries' moral environment construction, based on the reality, this paper studies the construction of China's moral environment optimization, and puts forward from the government, society, schools. The measures to optimize the current moral environment of our country from four angles of family. This paper is of great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the present situation of moral environment in China and optimizing the overall moral environment on this basis.
