【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观作为社会主义意识形态的本质体现,是当代中国集中彰显精神追求、凝聚价值共识的灵魂。积极引导人民群众认知、认同和践行社会主义核心价值观,是当代中国价值共同体建设的基础性工程。社会主义核心价值观在本质上是实践的,实践是它的根本生命力。社会主义核心价值观生活化,从根本上说,就是让社会主义核心价值观归于实践,融入并引领人们的日常生活,使人们在对它的认知、认同和践行中建构生活的意义,重塑精神家园。但现实情况是,社会主义核心价值观生活化依然困难重重。如依然存在价值观内容的抽象化问题、价值观作用的虚泛化问题、价值观信仰的边缘化问题、价值观宣传的形式化问题、以及大众认知的表面化问题,这些成为了影响社会主义核心价值观生活化的主要问题。要解决这些主要问题,本文从创新宣传方式出发,运用通俗化的方法进行宣传,使人们易于理解和接受;运用艺术的形式进行宣传,吸引人们的兴趣;用榜样的力量示范,用传统文化渲染等等;并针对大众对社会主义核心价值观认知的表面化,提出做好重点人群培育工作,对党员干部、青年学生、公众人物和先进模范进行针对性的培育;同时还要注重传统媒体与新兴媒体相结合;社会主义核心价值观生活化的关键还在于找准与社会现实的结合点,只有将其融入到人们的日常行为准则、精神文明建设中,才有可能成为人们的日常习惯,才有可能真正达到社会主义核心价值观的生活化。最后,还需要社会评价机制的保障,法律评价与道德约束相结合,共同致力于社会主义核心价值观生活化的实现。
[Abstract]:As the essential embodiment of socialist ideology, the socialist core values are the soul of contemporary China to focus on the spiritual pursuit, to unite the consensus of value, and to actively guide the people's cognition. To recognize and practice the socialist core values is the basic project of the construction of the contemporary Chinese value community. The socialist core values are in essence practical. Practice is its fundamental vitality. The life of socialist core values, fundamentally speaking, is to let the socialist core values to practice, to integrate and lead people's daily life, so that people in the cognition of it. In the process of identity and practice, we should construct the meaning of life and reshape the spiritual homeland. However, the reality is that the life of socialist core values is still difficult, such as the abstraction of the content of values. The role of the value of the virtual generalization of the issue, the marginalization of the belief in values, the formal issue of value dissemination, and the surface of the public perception of the problem. These have become the main problems that affect the life of the socialist core values. To solve these main problems, this paper starts from the innovative way of propaganda, and uses the method of popularization to propagate. Make it easy for people to understand and accept; Use the form of art to publicize and attract people's interest; Demonstration with the power of example, rendering with traditional culture and so on; Aiming at the superficial cognition of socialist core values, the author puts forward that the cultivation of key groups should be done well, and that party members and cadres, young students, public figures and advanced models should be nurtured. At the same time, we should pay attention to the combination of traditional media and new media; The key to the life of socialist core values is to find the combination point with the social reality. Only by integrating them into people's daily code of conduct and building spiritual civilization can they become people's daily habits. Finally, we need the guarantee of social evaluation mechanism, the combination of legal evaluation and moral constraints. We are committed to the realization of socialist core values.
