【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观融入问题是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观重要组成部分,社会主义核心价值观发挥出其最大作用需要融入到社会生活之中,城市社区与人民紧密相联,是人民群众社会生活的基础和细胞,所以社会主义核心价值观融入到城市社区建设具有理论和实践意义。近年来黑龙江省一直致力于社会主义核心价值观融入建设,对社会主义核心价值观融入也做出了具体要求,提出“讲文明、树新风,共筑幸福美好龙江”。黑龙江青云社区曾被中央文明办、文化部命名为“全国文化先进社区”,有着典型性与多项优势。本文以黑龙江省典型文明社区青云社区为主要钻研对象,立足于青云社区现状,探讨社会主义核心价值观融入青云社区建设的理论与问题。本文以国家关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的相关要求为指导,通过深入调研了解社会主义核心价值观融入青云社区建设的现状,探索出青云社区在社会主义核心价值观融入存在的问题,对社会主义核心价值观融入青云社区建设所面临问题的成因进行分析,认为社会主义核心价值观融入青云社区建设所面临的主要问题是居民对社会主义核心价值观了解不够深刻没有产生共鸣以及社区对于社会主义核心价值观融入社区的管理力度不够等问题。通过数据分析得出问题的成因,便是社区对社会主义核心价值观所做的一些宣传教育于居民的内在需求不够密切以及社区对社会主义核心价值观相关活动通知下达不及时等因素导致问题的产生。针对社会主义核心价值观融入到青云社区建设存在的问题及成因,本文通过黑龙江省关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有关指导要求,因地制宜的提出一些对策建议,认为青云社区要加强社区管理队伍的专业化;保障社会主义核心价值观融入社区建设资金投入多元化;协调多方积极参加其宣传教育相关活动;加大宣传开展创新型活动;建立保障社会主义核心价值观的规范制度;加强监督保障规范制度落到实处;加深归属感增添社区住户对其的认识和认同;建立起关于会主义核心价值观的社区局域网络宣传教育平台;了解社区居民需求展开独具特色的社会主义核心价值观宣传教育活动等,从而让社会主义核心价值观更好的融入到青云社区建设之中。
[Abstract]:The integration of socialist core values is an important part of cultivating and practicing socialist core values. Socialist core values play its greatest role and need to be integrated into social life. The urban community is closely related to the people and is the foundation and cell of the people's social life. Therefore, the integration of socialist core values into the construction of urban communities has theoretical and practical significance. In recent years, Heilongjiang Province has been committed to the integration of socialist core values into the construction. The integration of socialist core values also made specific requirements, proposed that "stresses civilization, new wind, build a happy and beautiful Longjiang," the Heilongjiang Qingyun community was done by the Central Civilization. The Ministry of Culture named the "National Advanced Cultural Community", which has typical and multiple advantages. This paper takes the typical civilized community of Heilongjiang Province as the main research object, based on the current situation of Qingyun Community. This paper discusses the theory and problems of the integration of socialist core values into the construction of Qingyun community. This paper is guided by the relevant requirements of the state on cultivating and practicing socialist core values. Through in-depth investigation and understanding of the socialist core values into the status quo of the Qingyun community construction, explore the existing problems of the integration of the Qingyun community in the socialist core values. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the integration of socialist core values into the construction of Qingyun community. It is believed that the main problems faced by the integration of the socialist core values into the construction of the Qingyun community are that the residents do not have a deep understanding of the socialist core values and do not have a resonance with them, and the community integrates the socialist core values into the society. Area management is not enough and so on. Through the analysis of data, the causes of the problem are obtained. It is the fact that some propaganda and education done by the community to the socialist core values are not close enough to the residents' inner needs and that the community has not issued timely notification of the socialist core values and so on, which lead to the problems. Aiming at the existing problems and causes of socialist core values in the construction of Qingyun community. Through the guidance requirements of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the local conditions, and points out that the Qingyun community should strengthen the specialization of the community management team; To ensure socialist core values to be integrated into the community construction investment diversification; To coordinate and actively participate in its activities related to publicity and education; Increase publicity and carry out innovative activities; Establishing a standard system to guarantee the socialist core values; Strengthening the system of supervision and security standards; Deepen the sense of belonging to increase the community residents to their understanding and identity; The establishment of a community network education platform on core values of communitarianism; Understanding the needs of community residents to carry out unique socialist core values publicity and education activities, so that socialist core values better into the Qingyun community construction.
