社会转型期加强中国道德建设对策初探

【摘要】：道德是促进经济发展,维系社会和谐稳定的重要因素。十八届三中全会提出必须加强中国道德建设工作,激发人们形成善良的道德意愿、道德情感,培育正确的道德判断和道德责任,提高道德实践能力尤其是自觉践行能力,引导人们向往和追求讲道德、尊道德、守道德的生活,形成向上的力量、向善的力量。但是,目前在我国处于社会转型期的大背景下,我国在社会主义道德建设中出现了一系列的问题,这些问题不仅降低了我国的道德水平,也影响着我国社会的转型发展,影响着社会的可持续发展。在此背景下,本文以社会转型期中国的道德建设作为研究主题,对在社会转型期出现的一系列道德问题进行了系统地研究,然后通过分析美国、英国以及日本在其社会转型期曾出现过的道德问题及其对策以期对我国道德建设有所启示,最后提出了在我国在社会转型期中加强中国道德建设的对策。我国目前正处于第三次社会转型期,社会结构及人们的价值观念正发生变化,因此出现了一系列道德问题,主要体现在诚信危机、社会公德问题、拜金主义问题、亲情危机、职业道德问题、社会冷漠问题等各方面;无独有偶,美国、英国、日本等西方发达国家在其社会转型期,也出现了类似的道德问题,他们解决道德问题的对策也给我国带来了启示;在新时期,必须要建立以社会主义核心价值观为主要内容的中国现代道德体系,并从加快经济发展,解放思想观念,加强德育,重视文化传播载体建设,建设个人信息信用平台,以及完善法制建设六方面,为我国社会转型期的道德建设探寻发展对策和措施。
[Abstract]:The moral is to promote economic development, an important factor in maintaining social harmony and stability. In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, we must strengthen the moral construction of Chinese, inspire people to form good moral will, moral emotion, cultivate correct moral judgments and moral responsibility, improve the moral practical ability, especially the ability to consciously practice, guide the people yearning and pursuit of ethical and moral respect and observe the moral life, the formation of upward force, force for good. However, at present in our country in the background of social transformation in our country, there are a series of problems in the socialist moral construction, these problems not only reduced the moral level, but also affect the transformation and development of China society, affect the sustainable development of society. Under this background, based on the social transformation and moral construction Chinese as research subject, to appear in the social transformation period of a series Made a systematic study of moral problems, and then through the analysis of the United States, Britain and Japan's moral problems and Countermeasures in the period of social transformation have been tried to enlighten Chinese moral construction in our country, and finally puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the China moral construction in the period of social transformation. China is currently in the third during the period of social transformation, social structure and people's values are changing, so there have been a series of moral problems, mainly reflected in the credit crisis, social morality, money worship, family crisis, occupation moral problems, the social indifference problem; similarly, the United States, Britain, Japan and other western developed countries in transition in the period of the society, moral problems also appeared similar, they brought enlightenment countermeasures to solve moral problems for our country; in the new period, we must establish the socialist core value The main content of the concept of modern moral China system, and from speeding up economic development, emancipating the mind, strengthen moral education, attach importance to culture construction, the construction of personal credit information platform, and improve the legal system in six aspects, the moral construction to explore development strategies and measures for the transformation of our society.
