文化多元化背景下国有企业思想政治工作研究

【摘要】：文化多元化是当代社会的一个客观现实和历史趋势。面对多元文化思潮和价值观念的冲击，许多企业员工的理想信念、价值取向、道德观念、行为方式和社会心理发生了重大变化。本文从文化多元化背景出发，立足于国有企业思想政治工作的实践，紧紧围绕文化多元化的基本态势，阐述企业思想政治工作面临的挑战，探索增强企业思想政治工作的途径展开论述。主要分为四部分：第一部分是本文的导论部分，阐明本文选题背景、意义及国内研究现状、国外研究现状。第二部分解析了文化多元化和国有企业思想政治工作的涵义、特点、实质、意义等，为全面分析文化多元化对国有企业思想政治工作的影响奠定了基础。第三部分全面分析文化多元化对国有企业思想政治工作的影响，，文化多元化对企业思想政治工作的诸多挑战，为探索国有企业思想政治工作的对策研究奠定基础。第四部分探索了文化多元化背景下增强国有企业思想政治工作的对策。本文从文化多元化的新视角，始终围绕“文化多元化背景下国有企业思想政治工作研究”这条主线展开全文，并以文化多元化背景下企业思想的变化和需要为根本出发点，探讨文化多元化背景下企业思想政治工作的对策问题。研究分析这些问题形成的原因，对于搞好企业思想政治工作具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Cultural pluralism is an objective reality and historical trend in contemporary society. Great changes have taken place in behavior and social psychology. Based on the practice of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, this paper focuses on the basic situation of cultural diversity. This paper expounds the challenges faced by the ideological and political work of enterprises, and explores the ways to enhance the ideological and political work of enterprises. It is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction of this paper, which clarifies the background, significance and domestic research status of this article. The second part analyzes the meaning, characteristics, essence and significance of cultural pluralism and ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. It lays a foundation for the comprehensive analysis of the influence of cultural diversity on the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises. The third part comprehensively analyzes the influence of cultural diversity on ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. The challenges of cultural diversity to the ideological and political work of enterprises, In 4th, it explores the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises under the background of cultural diversity. The thesis is always centered on the main line of "the study of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises in the context of cultural diversity", and takes the changes and needs of enterprise thoughts in the context of cultural diversity as the basic starting point. This paper probes into the countermeasures of the ideological and political work of enterprises under the background of cultural diversity, and studies and analyzes the reasons for the formation of these problems, which is of great significance to the ideological and political work of enterprises.
