新加坡公民教育对我国思想政治教育的借鉴研究

【摘要】：新加坡公民教育与我国思想政治教育一样,都是提高国民素质、建设和谐社会、促进国家繁荣的基础性工程。作为亚洲国家的“后起之秀”,新加坡的公民教育在发展过程中形成了独特的教育体系,并取得良好的成效。中国与新加坡既同属亚洲国家,又深受儒家思想的影响,历史背景和传统文化有着众多相似之处。面对思想政治教育在发展过程中出现的棘手问题,我们完全有必要学习、借鉴新加坡公民教育的优秀经验,并结合我国实际进行改造,以突破现阶段思想政治教育的发展瓶颈,实现教育的创新发展。为此,本文从公民教育与思想政治教育内涵及内容入手,通过剖析二者的区别与联系,把握公民教育与思想政治教育的真正关系。接着对新加坡公民教育的内容体系进行梳理,于文章的第三部分较为详细地介绍了新加坡公民教育的理论指导与实际运作过程,而后通过总结在第四部分归纳得出新加坡公民教育的六大优秀经验,为下一步的研究作铺垫。最后的第五部分是文章的核心,该部分主要从理论层面和实践层面两大部分论述如何提高我国思想政治教育实效性,从思想政治教育的主要领导、指导思想到教育目标、教育内容及教育方法、教育路径都提出了具体的操作建议,对完善我国的思想政治教育进行了有效探索。
[Abstract]:Like ideological and political education in China, civic education in Singapore is to improve the quality of the people and build a harmonious society. As the "rising star" of Asian countries, Singapore's civic education has formed a unique educational system in the process of development and achieved good results. China and Singapore are both Asian countries. Deeply influenced by Confucianism, there are many similarities between historical background and traditional culture. In the face of the thorny problems in the development of ideological and political education, it is absolutely necessary for us to learn from the outstanding experience of civic education in Singapore. In order to break through the bottleneck of the development of ideological and political education at the present stage and realize the innovative development of education, this paper starts with the connotation and content of civic education and ideological and political education. By analyzing the difference and relationship between the two, we can grasp the real relationship between civic education and ideological and political education, and then comb the content system of civic education in Singapore. In the third part of the article, the author introduces the theoretical guidance and practical operation of civic education in Singapore in detail, and then concludes the six outstanding experiences of citizenship education in Singapore through the summary in part 4th. The last 5th part is the core of the article. This part mainly discusses how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education from the theoretical level and the practical level, and from the main leadership of ideological and political education. The guiding ideology to the educational goal, the education content, the education method, the education path all proposed the concrete operation suggestion, has carried on the effective exploration to the consummation of our country's ideological and political education.
