【摘要】：我国城市商业银行是由城市信用社改制而来,在服务地方金融、小微企业和城乡居民方面作出巨大贡献,已成为我国银行体系中最具潜力和活力的银行。面临市场竞争的压力,城市商业银行为了提高经营规模和效益,不断进行业务扩展,而对道德风险的控制和防范存在一定的缺失,从而引发了一些道德风险现象发生,对城市商业银行的发展带来了负面影响。为了提高城市商业银行道德风险控制和防范的能力,有效控制和防范其道德风险现象的发生,本文结合城市商业银行道德风险现状和问题,开展了城市商业银行道德风险控制和防范问题的研究,具体开展了以下问题的研究:阐述了城市商业银行道德风险的内涵,阐述了道德风险与委托代理理论、信息不对称理论的关系,从监管层、管理层、经营层三个层面分析了城市商业银行道德风险的具体表现,并从银行内外部分析了道德风险存在的成因,结合调研分析了城市商业银行的现状和问题,从法律法规、体制机制、制度建设、风险文化建设、企业文化建设和职业道德教育等方面提出了防范城市商业银行道德风险的具体对策,为我国城市商业银行可持续发展提供一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:China's city commercial bank is restructured from city credit cooperatives, in the local financial services, made a great contribution to Small and micro businesses and urban and rural residents, has become the most potential and vitality of the banking system in China banks. Facing the pressure of market competition, city commercial banks in order to improve the scale and efficiency, continuously carry out business the expansion, the moral risk control and prevention has certain deficiency, which lead to the occurrence of some moral hazard phenomenon has brought negative impact on the development of city commercial banks. In order to improve the ability of city commercial banks moral risk control and prevention, effective control and prevention of the moral hazard phenomenon, combined with the city commercial bank the status quo and problems of moral hazard, to carry out the research of city commercial bank risk control and prevention of moral problems, to carry out specific research questions: elaborated The connotation of the moral risk of city commercial banks, expounds the moral hazard and the principal-agent theory, the relationship between information asymmetry theory, from the regulatory layer, management layer, business layer specific performance analysis of three aspects of the moral risk of city commercial banks, and banks from the internal and external causes of moral hazard, combined with the investigation and analysis of the status quo and the problem of city commercial banks, from the laws and regulations, system mechanism, system construction, risk culture construction, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures to prevent the moral risk of the city commercial bank enterprise culture construction and occupation moral education so as to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of China's city commercial banks.
