网络空间对话机制建设的诉求与路径

【摘要】：网络空间因其开放性、参与性和互动性等基本特点,正逐渐成为各种社会思潮、各种利益诉求的集散地以及社会舆论的放大器和辩论场,不断干扰着社会主义核心价值观的表达和传播。在网络时代,加强网络空间的对话机制建设是适应社会主义民主政治发展、正确引导思想和价值取向以及克服网络舆情管理突出难题的客观需要。在繁杂、多元、自由的网络空间中,坚持社会主义核心价值观的主导地位,并在此基础上引导多元网络文化的有序健康发展,发挥社会主义核心价值观对各种社会思潮的引领作用,应从充分发挥主流媒体的作用、建立官方网络发言人制度、加强网络文化志愿评论员队伍建设、搭建多层次网络互动平台以及构建和优化网络社区等方面推进网络空间对话机制建设。
[Abstract]:Because of its characteristics of openness, participation and interactivity, cyberspace is gradually becoming a collection and distribution center of various social trends of thought, various interests and amplifiers and debates of public opinion. Constantly interfering with the expression and dissemination of socialist core values. In the cyber age, strengthening the construction of dialogue mechanism in cyberspace is to adapt to the development of socialist democratic politics. To correctly guide the ideology and value orientation and to overcome the objective need of the outstanding difficult problems in the management of network public opinion. In the complicated, pluralistic and free cyberspace, we should adhere to the leading position of the socialist core values, On this basis, we should guide the orderly and healthy development of the pluralistic network culture and give play to the leading role of the socialist core values in various social trends of thought. We should give full play to the role of the mainstream media and establish the official network spokesman system. Strengthen the construction of volunteer network culture commentator team, build a multi-level network interactive platform and build and optimize the network community to promote the construction of cyberspace dialogue mechanism.
