中国家庭社会工作介入孝文化的探索研究

【摘要】：传统孝文化不仅影响着中国古代人民的思想观念,而且对现代中国家庭有着十分深远的影响,影响着中国人的价值观念、行为关系与社会关系,影响着中国家庭社会工作的实践与经验积累。本研究,正是试图探索将孝文化介入到家庭社会工作中去,在此基础上,对家庭社会工作经验进行总结,有利于我国家庭社会相关福利机构工作能力和服务水平的提升。总结家庭社会工作经验,既需要多方的共同参与,需要社会公众的共同参与,同时也需要对家庭社会组织机构进行积极建立与完善,更需要将中国传统优秀孝文化、现代孝文化融入其中。为了探索出利于中国家庭社会工作经验总结的思路方法、途径,在中国家庭社会工作实施过程中,营造生活富裕、生产发展、乡风文明的生活情景,需从中国孝文化角度入手,探究孝文化与中国家庭社会工作关系,借鉴孝文化中孝敬父母、显亲扬名、敬老等的追求,在家庭社会工作中从建立新中国家庭社会建设机制、明确家庭社会工作方法、构建和谐家庭社会、分析家庭社会工作内在需求等层面入手,做好家庭社会工作。本文首先分析了家庭社会研究概况,针对沈阳、北京、广州、昆明、成都五个城市进行问卷调查。在调查中发现,现阶段家庭社会工作开展过程中仍然存在着不养老、不敬老、不赡养父母、不孝顺父母等问题。其次,阐述了家庭社会工作中孝文化,然后,提出了一系列中国家庭社会工作策略。通过从孝文化视角对中国家庭社会工作经验的研究,总结出要想传播孝文化,提升家庭社会工作经验,就必须遵循因地制宜选择,从新中国角度出发通过宣传、孝文化传播及路径拓展、孝文化品牌打造、和谐家庭社会构建,新中国家庭社会工作机制的建设,家庭工作的分析等多方面来进行。
[Abstract]:The traditional culture of filial piety not only affects the ideology of the ancient Chinese people, but also has a profound influence on the modern Chinese family. It also affects the Chinese values, the relationship between behavior and social relations. This study attempts to explore the involvement of filial piety culture in family social work, and on this basis, summarizes the experience of family social work. It is beneficial to the improvement of the working ability and service level of the family social welfare institutions in China. To sum up the experience of family social work, we need the joint participation of many parties and the common participation of the public. At the same time, it is also necessary to actively establish and perfect the family social organization, and to integrate Chinese traditional excellent filial piety culture and modern filial piety culture into it. In the course of the implementation of Chinese family social work, it is necessary to explore the relationship between filial piety culture and Chinese family social work from the perspective of Chinese filial piety culture, and to learn from the filial piety culture to show filial piety to parents. In the process of family social work, such as establishing a new Chinese family social construction mechanism, clarifying family social work methods, constructing a harmonious family society, and analyzing the inherent needs of family social work, etc. First of all, this paper analyzes the general situation of family social research, and carries out a questionnaire survey in Shenyang, Beijing, Guangzhou, Kunming and Chengdu. At present, there are still some problems in the development of family social work, such as not providing for the aged, not respecting the elderly, not supporting the parents, not being filial to the parents. Secondly, this paper expounds the filial piety culture in the family social work, and then, This paper puts forward a series of Chinese family social work strategies. Through the study of the family social work experience in China from the perspective of filial piety culture, it is concluded that in order to spread filial piety culture and promote family social work experience, we must follow the appropriate measures to local conditions. From the perspective of New China, it is carried out through propaganda, filial piety culture spread and path expansion, filial piety culture brand building, harmonious family society construction, new China family social work mechanism construction, family work analysis and so on.
