【摘要】：当前我国处于社会转型阶段，社会经济成分、经济利益、社会生活方式、社会组织形式、就业岗位和就业方式等领域的多样化引发人们的思想认识、价值观念、思维方式的多变性，道德冷漠是这一多变性的突出现象。见死不救和见危不救等行为（统称为不救行为）屡屡发生，，成为我国构建和谐社会中的不“和谐”现象。研究从不救行为社会原因、个体心理、行为动机等方面入手，通过对一些不救行为的剖析，查找原因，探讨对策，呼吁全社会共同努力，提高我国公民的道德素质，化解社会矛盾，维护社会和谐。研究的主要思路是，通过大量的文献研究，运用经验总结、跨学科研究以及探索性研究等方法，通过阐述不救行为社会现实情况，讨论不救行为的解决对策，为不救行为在社会、家庭、个人的教育引导提供了可行性。文章通过对不救行为社会现状进行分析，找出存在的问题及原因。在对不救行为的解决对策中，发动广大群众共同监督、团结协作的精神针对在社会上的不救行为者开展具有针对性的教育，传播法律知识和社会伦理道德观念，宣传国家的方针政策，从总体上提高公民的思想道德素质和社会公德。但在现实生活中，部分社会成员还缺乏应有的个人思想道德素质和社会公德，给社会的整体发展带来一定的阻力，不利于我国构建和谐社会。对于部分社会成员忽视了不救行为的特殊性和危害性，只觉得是个人行为，却忽视了该行为会纵容不法分子的嚣张气势，进而影响社会生活的正常秩序，使社会群体失去团结合作的精神。研究的重点是探讨解决不救行为问题的对策。加强动员一切社会力量，对社会成员进行道德教育，采取的方法主要是理论灌输的方法，加强教育方法的多样性，要具有适应现代社会不救行为的实际需要，发挥社会整体教育和法律在社会群体中的突出作用。提高社会公民思想道德素质，加强教育的内容和方法，加强正确价值观在不救行为中的运用。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the stage of social transformation. The diversification of social and economic components, economic interests, social life styles, social organization forms, employment posts and employment patterns have aroused people's ideological understanding and values. The variability of mode of thinking and moral apathy are the prominent phenomena of this variability. The behaviors such as failure to die and failure to save when seen in danger (collectively referred to as the behavior of not saving) have become the phenomenon of disharmony in the construction of a harmonious society in our country. Starting with the social reasons, individual psychology and behavior motivation of non-rescue behavior, this paper analyzes some unsaved behaviors, finds out the causes, probes into the countermeasures, and appeals to the whole society to make joint efforts to improve the moral quality of our citizens. Resolve social contradictions and maintain social harmony. The main idea of the research is to discuss the solution of the non-rescue behavior by expounding the social reality of the non-rescue behavior through a large number of literature studies, using the methods of summing up experience, interdisciplinary research and exploratory research, etc. Provides the feasibility for the education guidance of the society, the family and the individual. By analyzing the current social situation of non-rescue behavior, the article finds out the existing problems and causes. In the solution to the non-rescue behavior, it calls on the masses to jointly supervise, A spirit of solidarity and collaboration aimed at those who do not help in society through targeted education, the dissemination of legal knowledge and social ethics, and the dissemination of the principles and policies of the State, On the whole, to improve the ideological and moral quality of citizens and social morality. However, in real life, some members of society still lack the proper personal ideological and moral qualities and social morality, which brings some resistance to the overall development of society. It is not conducive to building a harmonious society in our country. For some members of society who have neglected the particularity and harmfulness of the act of not rescuing, they only think it is a personal act, but ignore the arrogance of the lawless elements who will be tolerated by this behavior. Then affect the normal order of social life, so that social groups lose the spirit of unity and cooperation. The focus of the study is to explore countermeasures to solve the problem of failure to save. To strengthen the mobilization of all social forces and to conduct moral education for members of society, mainly by means of theoretical indoctrination, and to enhance the diversity of educational methods, It is necessary to meet the actual needs of the non-rescue behavior of modern society, to give play to the prominent role of the whole social education and the law in the social groups, to improve the ideological and moral quality of social citizens, and to strengthen the contents and methods of education.
