网络时代的舆论引导:趋势、特征与结构化困境

【摘要】：网络时代的舆论引导具有新的发展趋势与特征,同时也面临着结构化困境:消极腐败效应所造成的政府权威性下降和政治信任匮乏,导致舆论引导缺乏相应的政治心理基础;利益分化效应所形成的社会不公平感的蔓延,使舆论引导缺乏平和理性的社会心态环境;市场化改革给主流意识形态带来的巨大冲击,严重削弱了舆论引导的文化价值基础;改革过程中长期累积的社会民生难题,使舆论引导缺乏民众的情感共鸣。这样一种现实状况也决定了,网络时代的舆论引导,不仅需要适应信息传播革命的现实,创新工作思路并综合运用多元化的技术手段,更需要在全面深化改革中破除体制制度之弊并走出结构化困境。
[Abstract]:The public opinion guidance in the network age has the new development trend and the characteristic, at the same time also faces the structured predicament: the negative corruption effect causes the government authority decline and the political trust lack, causes the public opinion guidance lacks the corresponding political psychological foundation; The spread of the sense of social injustice formed by the effect of interest differentiation makes the guidance of public opinion lack of a peaceful and rational social mentality environment, and the huge impact of the market-oriented reform on the mainstream ideology seriously weakens the cultural value foundation of the guidance of public opinion; The long-term accumulation of social and livelihood problems in the reform process makes public opinion guidance lack the emotional resonance of the populace. Such a realistic situation also determines that the guidance of public opinion in the network age not only needs to adapt to the reality of the information dissemination revolution, It is necessary to break the defects of system and system and get out of the structural dilemma by innovating the thinking of work and synthetically using the diversified technical means in order to deepen the reform in an all-round way.
