【摘要】：牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权、管理权、话语权,是新的历史条件下做好意识形态工作的根本要求,是巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位、巩固全党全国人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础的坚强保障。意识形态管理权是意识形态领导权的基础,实现意识形态管理权是实现意识形态领导权的保证。意识形态管理权的实现要抓住关键环节,形成内生动力;强化导向管理、阵地管理和队伍管理,是意识形态管理权实现的重要路径;推进理念创新、体制创新与方法创新,则构成意识形态管理权实现的内生动力。
[Abstract]:To firmly grasp the leadership, management and discourse of ideological work is the fundamental requirement for doing a good job in ideological work under the new historical conditions, and is to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field. A strong guarantee for consolidating the common ideological basis for the unity and struggle of the whole party and the people throughout the country. Ideological management is the basis for ideological leadership. The realization of ideological management power is the guarantee of realizing ideological leadership. The realization of ideological management power should grasp the key link, form endogenous power, strengthen guiding management, position management and team management. It is an important way to realize the right of ideology management, and to promote the innovation of ideology, the innovation of system and the innovation of method constitute the endogenous motive force of realizing the right of ideology management.
