民族地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观研究

【摘要】：伴随着全球化的日益深入,我国社会各方面不可避免地受到冲击和挑战。其中之一就是面对外来文化与本土文化的融合与碰撞,人们价值观念多样多变。在这种背景下,党的十八大提出了以24字为主要内容的社会主义核心价值观。这一价值观是我国处于主导地位的思想共识,是各民族人民是非判断的基本标准。伴随改革开放不断深化,民族地区经济有了长足发展,各族群众的生活质量不断提升。面对民族传统与现代理念的交融与碰撞,人们价值观念也日趋多元化。民族地区由于特殊的地理环境和人文环境影响,致使社会主义核心价值观教育机遇与挑战并存。社会主义核心价值的培育和践行既是一个需要不断探索的实践问题,也是一个重大的理论课题。加强对民族地区弘扬社会主义核心价值观的研究,有利于了解和掌握民族地区社会主义核心价值观建设的特点和规律,并在此基础上探究适合民族地区社会主义核心价值观建设的具体对策,最终使社会主义核心价值观在民族地区落地生根,维护各民族共有的精神家园。本文由四部分组成。第一部分,论证了关于社会主义核心价值观的相关概念和关系。通过对价值观、核心价值观、社会主义核心价值观和社会主义核心价值体系等概念及其相互之间关系的阐释和论证,为本论文的研究奠定前提和基础。第二部分,阐述了民族地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要性和特殊性。民族地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观有利于民族地区的经济发展,有利于民族地区树立多元统一的价值观,有利于民族地区构建和谐社会。同时,民族地区有自身特点,包括经济发展的滞后性与不平衡性、地缘关系的敏感性与复杂性、民族文化的多样性与差异性、教育资源的短缺性与不均衡性、民族意识的稳定性与排他性。这些特殊性使社会主义核心价值观在民族地区的培育和践行过程中既有挑战又充满机遇。第三部分,分析了民族地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观遵循的基本原则。本文认为应该坚持理论与现实相结合、一元主导与多样并存相结合、整体与部分相结合、阶段性与长期性相结合等原则。第四部分,探究了民族地区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的对策。民族地区进行社会主义核心价值观教育应该同民族地区特点相结合,走出一条具有地域特色和民族特色的培育道路。本文认为应该将促进经济发展同民族地区特色相结合,将坚持社会主义核心价值观同保护民族文化相结合,将发展教育事业同民族地区实际相结合,将开展实践活动同民族形式相结合。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of globalization, every aspect of our society is inevitably challenged. One of them is facing the fusion and collision of foreign culture and native culture, people's values are diverse and changeable. In this context, the 18th National Congress of the Party put forward the socialist core values with 24 words as the main content. This value is the leading ideological consensus of our country and the basic criterion of right and wrong judgment of people of all nationalities. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the economy of ethnic regions has made great progress, and the quality of life of the people of all ethnic groups has been continuously improved. In the face of the blending and collision of national traditions and modern ideas, people's values are becoming more and more diverse. Due to the influence of special geographical environment and humanistic environment, the education of socialist core values coexists with opportunities and challenges. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values is not only a practical problem to be explored, but also an important theoretical subject. Strengthening the study of carrying forward the socialist core values in ethnic minority areas is conducive to understanding and mastering the characteristics and laws of the construction of socialist core values in ethnic minority areas. On this basis, the author probes into the concrete countermeasures for the construction of the socialist core values in the minority areas, and finally makes the socialist core values take root in the minority areas, and maintains the spiritual homeland shared by all ethnic groups. This paper consists of four parts. The first part demonstrates the concept and relationship of socialist core values. Through the explanation and demonstration of the concepts of value, core value, socialist core value and socialist core value system, and the relationship between them, this paper establishes the premise and foundation for the research of this thesis. The second part expounds the importance and particularity of cultivating and practicing socialist core values in ethnic areas. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values in minority areas is conducive to the economic development of minority areas, to the establishment of pluralistic and unified values and to the construction of a harmonious society in minority areas. At the same time, ethnic regions have their own characteristics, including the lag and imbalance of economic development, the sensitivity and complexity of geographical relations, the diversity and difference of national culture, the shortage and imbalance of educational resources. The stability and exclusiveness of national consciousness. These particularities make both challenges and opportunities in the cultivation and practice of socialist core values in ethnic areas. The third part analyzes the basic principles of cultivating and practicing socialist core values in ethnic areas. This paper holds that we should adhere to the principles of combining theory and reality, univariate dominance and diversity, integration of whole and part, and combination of stage and long-term. The fourth part explores the countermeasures of cultivating and practicing socialist core values in ethnic areas. The education of socialist core values in minority areas should be combined with the characteristics of ethnic regions, and a path of cultivation with regional and national characteristics should be found. This paper holds that it is necessary to combine the promotion of economic development with the characteristics of ethnic regions, the combination of upholding the socialist core values with the protection of national culture, and the integration of the development of education with the reality of ethnic regions. We will carry out practical activities in conjunction with national forms.
