【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观引领着一个国家的核心价值走向。它的形成和发展和文化有着紧密的联系,文化为其提供内核的支撑,要想提高文化软实力最重要的就是在于如何使社会主义核心价值观发挥出巨大的凝聚力生命力和感召力。进而我们可以得出这样一个结论,中国特色社会主义文化的构建离不开文化软实力而要提高文化软实力的强大功效就要牢牢把握住社会主义核心价值观在文化建设中的重要核心地位。社会主义核心价值观的理论问题探讨触及多个角度,主要有内涵的凝练,形成背景,以及它的主要特质,是一项庞杂的理论工程。而习总书记在党的十八大召开后相继对以上问题对社会主义核心价值观做出了相应解释和重要解读。而理论界也越来越关注这一问题的研究,本文从习近平社会主义核心价值观这一问题出发进行了较为丰富的研究,从其形成的背景和理论历程出发,对其具体表述和内涵,思想特质等进行了梳理和研究,有助于使人们对社会主义核心价值观的系统表述、践行路径有一个科学详尽的把握,能够使国家文化软实力得以加强,继续弘扬伟大的民族精神,鼓舞人民斗志,实现以中国梦为主线的中华民族的伟大复兴的历史进程做出些许理论性贡献。
[Abstract]:The core values of socialism lead the core value of a country. Its formation and development are closely linked with culture. Culture provides the support of the core. The most important thing to improve the cultural soft power is how to make the socialist core values play a great cohesive force and inspiring power. We can draw a conclusion that the construction of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics can not be separated from the soft strength of culture but to improve the powerful effect of the soft power of culture, we should firmly grasp the important core position of the socialist core values in the cultural construction. The main connotation of the connotations, the formation of the background, and its main characteristics, is a complex theoretical project. And after the eighteen major party convening, the general secretary of the party has made a corresponding explanation and important interpretation of the above problems on the socialist core values. And the theoretical circle has also paid more and more attention to the study of this problem. This article from the Xi Jinping Society On the basis of the core values of the Communist Party, a more abundant study is carried out. From the background and the theoretical course of its formation, the specific expression and connotation and the ideological characteristics are combed and studied. It is helpful for people to have a scientific and detailed grasp of the systematic expression and practice of the socialist core values.
