【摘要】：文章的第一部分:由于中西方文化的差异,诚信内涵也孕育出不同的涵义。中华民族的传统美德——诚信,一直都受到社会各界的重视。从古至今,一直都被人们推崇。在中国古代社会,诚信的地位很高,古人把诚信作为立人之本,把它作为提高个人品质不可或缺的重要因素之一。孔子对诚信美德的探索与总结非常精辟,历代也一直不断出现赞美诚信的篇章。在当代社会,诚信对个人品质仍有重要作用。第二部分讲:诚信在中国古代社会和当代社会的传承与发展,诚信对于建设小康社会、和谐社会、中国梦的实现具有重要意义。第三部分讲:目前中国社会诚信现状并不乐观,如学术论文的作假,市场经济的乱象,新兴的网络诈骗手段暴露出的诚信问题都影响着我国中国特色社会主义的建设步伐。第四部分讲:对于目前出现的诚信问题,我们必须采取积极的应对策略,一是把诚信思想贯彻到每个人心中,使其成为个人自觉,二是政府及相关机构的设立应与时俱进,全面协调,互相配合,三是社会信用体系的建设与完善,四是发挥媒体的舆论导向作用,五是大力发展先进文化生产力等。只有全面落实诚信工作,才能使诚信文化永葆生机,使中国特色社会主义的建设更快更好的完成,早日实现中华民族的繁荣富强。
[Abstract]:The first part of the article: due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures, the connotation of honesty has different meanings. The traditional virtue of the Chinese nation-good faith, has been paid attention to by all walks of life. Since ancient times, has been respected by people. In the ancient Chinese society, the status of honesty is very high. The ancients regarded honesty as the foundation of building people and as one of the indispensable factors to improve personal quality. Confucius explores and summarizes the virtues of honesty and credit. In contemporary society, honesty still plays an important role in personal quality. The second part is about the inheritance and development of honesty in ancient Chinese society and contemporary society. It is of great significance to build a well-off society, a harmonious society and the realization of Chinese Dream. The third part: the present situation of Chinese social honesty is not optimistic, such as the fraud of academic papers, the chaos of market economy, the honesty problems exposed by the new network fraud means, all of which affect the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The fourth part says: we must take the positive strategy to deal with the problem of honesty and credit at present. First, we should carry out the idea of honesty in everyone's mind and make it personal consciousness; second, the establishment of government and related institutions should keep pace with the times. The third is the construction and perfection of the social credit system, the fourth is to give play to the media's guiding role of public opinion, and the fifth is to vigorously develop the advanced cultural productive forces and so on. Only by carrying out the work of honesty in an all-round way can the culture of honesty and credit be kept alive, the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics be completed faster and better, and the prosperity and strength of the Chinese nation be realized at an early date.
