公民道德“友善”的当代建构——以对西方与近代儒家的考察为基础

【摘要】:近年来公民道德"友善"获得学界的关注,然而很少有学者从政治哲学与伦理学的双重角度,以中西不同文明建设公民道德的思想历程为资源,研究"友善"公德的建设。此外,中国近现代思想者改造友善的努力没有得到应有的重视。全新的友善观念,既成功地将友善转变为公民道德,又承接了中国人持续至今的道德情感模式;它既汲取了西方将友善确定为公民道德的精髓之处,又认可了中华传统伦理道德合乎情理的方面。通过将友善的普遍性(公德的特质)与特殊性(私德的特质)分别限制在广度与深度这两个不同的方面,延续中国近现代思想者的道路,尝试解决将友善改造为社会公德中遭遇的难题,让友善成为一种适合国人践行的道德。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the "friendliness" of civic morality has attracted the attention of academic circles. However, few scholars study the construction of "friendly" public morality from the perspective of political philosophy and ethics, taking the ideological course of civil morality construction of different civilizations in China and the West as resources. Moreover, the efforts of modern Chinese thinkers to transform friendliness have not received the attention they deserve. The new concept of friendliness has succeeded in transforming friendliness into civic morality and has inherited the moral and emotional patterns that the Chinese people continue to use today. It draws on the quintessence of the idea that friendliness is defined as civic morality in the West. It also recognizes the reasonable aspects of Chinese traditional ethics. By limiting the universality of friendliness (the trait of public morality) and particularity (characteristic of private morality) to the two different aspects of breadth and depth respectively, we can continue the path of modern thinkers in China. Try to solve the problem of transforming friendliness into social morality, and make friendliness a kind of morality suitable for Chinese people to practice.
