网络环境下意识形态话语权的争夺与掌控

【摘要】：网络环境下意识形态话语权争夺出现了新的态势,争夺对手从境外扩散至境内,争夺性质从清晰转变为模糊,争夺目标从一般演化为特殊,争夺方式从显性转向为隐性。应该提高网络空间控制力,围堵反动话语传播渠道;增强网络舆论引导力,疏解非理性话语心境;提升先进思想感召力,释放主流意识形态话语能量;扩大理论国际影响力,拓展马克思主义话语空间。只有多重手段共同作用,才能在日益复杂的网络环境下有效掌控意识形态话语权。
[Abstract]:In the network environment, there is a new trend in the contention of the power of ideological discourse. The contention for the rivals to spread from abroad to the territory, the nature of contention from clear to blurred, the goal from the general evolution to the special, the way from dominance to recessive, should improve the cyberspace control, block the channel of the reactionary discourse, and enhance the network public opinion. Guiding force, dissolving irrational discourse mood, promoting the inspiration of advanced thought, releasing the energy of mainstream ideology discourse, expanding the international influence of theory and expanding the discourse space of Marx's doctrine. Only by the common function of multiple means can we effectively control the discourse power of ideology under the increasingly complex network environment.
