思想政治教育的文化融入研究

【摘要】:社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣给思想政治教育带来了新的发展机遇。伴随着思想政治教育文化性的日益彰显,思想政治教育的文化学范式成为学界研究的一个热点。本文主要从文化的视角研究思想政治教育问题,着力促进思想政治教育的文化融入,以提高思想政治教育的文化含量,增强思想政治教育的科学性和实效性。 思想政治教育的文化融入存在客观的现实基础。思想政治教育和文化的主客体具有关联性,目标具有一致性,内容具有交叉性,方法具有互鉴性,功能具有一致性。实现思想政治教育文化融入,有利于提高人们的思想政治素质和道德文化素质,推动思想政治教育改革创新、社会主义文化大发展大繁荣以及经济社会全面发展。 思想政治教育的文化融入思想在古今中外的历史中都有所体现。西欧、美国、新加坡等国家很早就存在“文化育德”的实践活动,并积累了丰富的文化育德经验,如高度重视公民政治教育,,注重传播主流政治文化,注重加强民族精神教育,注重教育内容的继承性和现实性,注重教育方法的综合性和渗透性,注重发挥文化载体的作用,等。中国传统文化中包含着整体主义、爱国主义和民族精神、理想人格和精神境界、人生态度、仁爱忠恕、重义轻利等“教化”思想。中国传统“教化”强调道德教育的重要性和至上性,注重主体自觉和道德践履,强调情感欲望和理性精神的统一,坚持贵和持中,坚持有教无类、因材施教,坚持率先垂范、以身作则。这些内容和方法不仅在传统社会发挥着重要的教育作用,而且对当代思想政治教育仍发挥着重要的作用。 中国共产党自成立之初就十分重视思想政治教育和文化工作,并在实践中注重用文化教育人。这些文化育人思想主要体现在新民主主义文化教育和中国特色社会主义文化教育之中。坚持用文化教育人,应始终坚持马克思主义对思想文化的引领,始终坚持党对文化和教育工作的领导,始终坚持推进马克思主义中国化时代化大众化,始终坚持以科学的态度对待马克思主义。 思想政治教育的文化融入受到多种因素的影响,出现了文化融入难的情况。思想政治教育文化融入的影响因素有主客观两个方面,主观因素有个体对社会发展的需要、对物质文化生活水平的期望、个体的受教育程度和文明素质、非理性因素等;客观因素有地理环境要素、经济要素、政治要素、国际要素、科技要素等。思想政治教育文化融入难的原因包括:人们对思想政治教育的认识存在泛政治化、泛生活化、孤立化误区,与文化的关系中存在代替论、否定论、困难论、无暇论等错误认识;人们的思想观念更加解放、生活方式更加多样、利益观念更加突显、理想信念出现松动;文化发展的主题逐渐由革命型文化转变到建设型文化、领导型文化转变到服务型文化、封闭性文化转变到开放型文化;我国多元文化竞相发展、长期存在,使人们的价值选择出现困惑;我国文化产业发展滞后,文化产品生产不足,文化贸易逆差严重,文化安全形势严峻;网络文化的发展导致价值冲突,误导思想行为,导致关系冷漠。 实现思想政治教育的文化融入需要从理念原则、教育内容、方式方法、制度机制等四个方面寻找突破。树立文化融入的理念,应明确文化融入的目的、程度和产物,增强文化融入的意识,找准文化融入的切入点。文化融入的原则包括方向性原则、系统性原则、主体性原则、创新性原则、相互补充渗透原则等。扩大促进思想政治教育文化融入的内容范围,应坚持以中国特色社会主义为核心内容,以社会主义核心价值体系为共同导向,大力发展中国特色社会主义的先进文化、大众文化、开放文化,在积极发展文化事业和文化产业中大力生产精神文化产品。创新促进思想政治教育文化融入的方式方法,应坚持直接融入与间接融入相结合,营造良好文化环境;推动文化载体创新,充分利用现代信息技术手段,充分利用各种文化活动和文化设施,积极拓展文化渠道。建立促进文化融入的制度机制,应建立健全有利于文化融入的领导体制和工作机制,建立健全思想政治教育与文化的互动机制和同步发展机制,建立健全思想政治教育文化融入的动力机制、反馈评估机制以及组织、队伍、经费、制度保障机制。
[Abstract]:The great development and prosperity of the socialist culture have brought new development opportunities to the ideological and political education. With the increasing display of the cultural nature of Ideological and political education, the cultural paradigm of Ideological and political education has become a hot spot in the study field. This article mainly studies the ideological and political education from the cultural perspective and promotes ideological and political education. The cultural integration of education will enhance the cultural content of Ideological and political education and enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
The cultural integration of Ideological and political education has an objective realistic basis. The ideological and political education and the subject and guest of the culture are related, the objectives are consistent, the content is intersecting, the methods are mutually discriminating and the functions are consistent. To realize the cultural integration of Ideological and political education, we need to find a breakthrough from four aspects, such as the principle of concept, the content of education, the method and the system mechanism, and so on. To establish the concept of cultural integration, we should make clear the purpose, degree and product of cultural integration, strengthen the consciousness of cultural integration, and find the penetration point of the integration of culture. The principles of cultural integration include the orientation of the culture.
