公民公共德性培育的社会条件及其传播要求

【摘要】：在实然层面,对公民公共德性的培育,需要有一定的社会条件与传播要求。作为公民公共德性培育的社会条件,公共实践的社会基础是契约规则和自愿自治,这需要在公共实践中实现国家与社会的良性互动。对公民公共德性的培育,也需要重视象征社会"正能量"的符号传播与互动,使公共舆论传播现实的意识形态。同时,通过对人们公共德性的培育,以保障公共舆论的形成、调控和监督。
[Abstract]:At the level of reality, the cultivation of citizen's public virtue needs certain social conditions and communication requirements. As a social condition for the cultivation of citizens' public virtue, the social basis of public practice is the rules of contract and voluntary autonomy, which requires the realization of benign interaction between the state and society in public practice. The cultivation of citizen's public morality also needs to attach importance to the symbol communication and interaction of symbolic "positive energy", so that public opinion can spread the realistic ideology. At the same time, through the cultivation of people's public morality, to ensure the formation, regulation and supervision of public opinion.
