高校对社科文摘与转载类刊物的定级及其影响

【摘要】:以三大文摘和人大复印报刊资料为研究对象,梳理高校对这些刊物分级的情况,对影响高校将其作为学术评价指标并定级的相关因素进行研究。结果发现:刊物摘转论文的学术水平、刊物的学术声誉与传播效应以及为不同学科论文提供可比的评价标准,是高校将其作为学术评价指标的重要依据,而刊物间水平的差异是影响高校决定刊物级别的主要因素。高校对社科文摘与转载类刊物定级,有利于促进高校教师提高论文学术水平、促进学术论文的传播和影响力、促进原发刊物提高办刊质量。但也致使某种类型和有些学科的论文不易被转载,一些学者和刊物为求转载迎合这类刊物的偏好,一定程度导致学术研究的浮躁之风。为此,高校要充分认识社科文摘与转载类刊物学术评价功能的有限性,制定与学科性质相适应的学术评价制度,并建立学术评价的监督和诚信机制。
[Abstract]:Taking three abstracts and copies of newspaper and periodicals as the object of study, this paper combs the classification of these publications in colleges and universities, and studies the relevant factors that affect the academic evaluation index and grading of colleges and universities. The results show that the academic level of the selected papers, the academic reputation and dissemination effect of the journals, and the comparable evaluation criteria for the papers in different disciplines are the important basis for colleges and universities to regard them as academic evaluation indicators. The difference in the level of journals is the main factor that affects the level of journals in colleges and universities. The classification of social science abstracts and reprinted publications in colleges and universities is conducive to promoting the academic level of academic papers, promoting the dissemination and influence of academic papers, and improving the quality of the original publications. But it also makes the papers of certain types and some disciplines difficult to be reprinted. Some scholars and journals cater to the preference of such publications to a certain extent, which leads to the impetuous trend of academic research. Therefore, colleges and universities should fully understand the limitation of academic evaluation function of social science abstracts and reprinted publications, formulate academic evaluation system adapted to the nature of the subject, and establish the supervision and honesty mechanism of academic evaluation.
